There's no hot water in the shower, and the bathroom is dirty. Breakfast staff runs around chaotically, mixes up orders, and, without protective equipment (gloves), transfers food brought from the kitchen to containers (the waiter used the same hands to collect dirty plates from the tables). Long wait times for closed breakfasts. The hotel's location is a plus. The wellness area needs renovation.
