Read all before you engage in staying at Romeo:
This is a conglomerate of companies. Romeo gay is one of them.
The first day was great, great approach, customer service, kindness and all. I booked the hotel for 5 days for 2.
The second day we asked for hot water because we wanted to shower at night, and the front desk lady was utterly rude to my friend. She neglected him and even told him "the next time he has to do that early in the morning". We didnt get hot water for 3 days.
On the morning of the third day, we asked for new towels and some cleaning of the room. We were again neglected. I asked for the hot water for the third time and it was turned on. We didnt get towels until I asked again at night. The guy said: you have to ask for this in advance.
On the 4th day, the room has some garbage piled up already, and we were already upset because there was nowhere to put the trash out. We requested room service and again Neglected.
My friend left on the 4th day, and I left on the 5th.
And man, that was the worst. I was allowed to stay in the property and use the pool and showers until I was not.
I went to the beach that morning, and me being polite I asked to use the pool shower to wash myself. A few minutes later I received a text message saying: "You have 5 minutes to leave the property". I honestly couldnt believe what I read.
So before you book this hotel be careful, and mindful. I was ok with they forgetting about the hot water, but then no towels, no cleaning
