Overall this stay was just fine. We booked it because we checked out of another beach side hotel because it was filthy we chose Tru because our extensive history. We did have some issues with trash on our floor and had to ask numerous times for it to be picked up. Finally the general manager had to clean it after I showed her what was going on. I did ask for towels once and had to wait longer than usual to get them then they ran out of hot water at about 8:00 at night which took about an hour to get it back

Staff members were wonderful. Accommodations were comfortable. Very clean. Excellent breakfast options. Easy parking. Fitness equipment is in great condition. Close to the Publix baseball complex. Just a few minutes from beaches.

Great location for nearby tournament. Friendly staff. Clean, updated lobby. Rooms on the smaller size but works for one person. Only minor complaints not enough towels stocked upon arrival. And a moderate complaint is the room faced the parking lot and apartments which is fine, except there is no blackout curtain so all the lights out there go right through the curtain. Easy fix they should make.

Hotel is really pretty. Staff was very welcoming. I did like the floor we were on because we like walking the stairs for exercising . My Room bed was horrible when laying on the mattress you go straight to the springs. It wasn’t comfortable at all. Pillows too soft. Husband and I woke up sore all over. Shower was not clean and the floors was not swept from previous guests. Also the desk had so many fingerprints on it from previous guests. You can tell it was wiped down or sanitized. The room smells like a wet dog. Allergies started acting up just from the smell. Room wasn’t clean

As soon as we pulled up we seen that the parking lot was filled with trash ans all of the garbage cans were full each day we were there. The floors were filthy throughout check in and lobby area and also near the elevators and inside them. The carpet in the hallways had teash throughout, my room was so dusty i could have wrote my name in the amount of dust. Im a frequent Hilton guest and this place was far from the best

Very nice stay. Very busy due to spring break, obvious shortage of staff. A lot of nice amenities; complimentary laundry facility, office work areas if needed. Staff very friendly and helpful.
