Awful. The price was cheap though.

Very old place with a strong smell of old carpet. It smells like living in an old car. Staff are offline after 6pm. They didn’t leave me a message for retrieving my room key after hours. Had me guessing the last four digits of my phone to as the passcode of getting the key from the lock box.

Too old

The hotel is too old indeed than is expected. The toilet bowl even lack of cover that it is unacceptable.

Couldn’t sleep at all

The clock tower nearby kept ringing which severely disturbed our sleep. It even rang every 30 min. Could not get deep rest throughout the night. Cleanliness and facilities were fine though.

房子有點舊,在對面有停車場可用,可惜要走數級樓梯才進入大間,帶大型行理的話有點不便,房間頗大,但窗不能打開,所以有點空氣不流通

Great location, nice kitchen, huge room and friendly staffs only downside is that the church next to the hotel keep ringing the bell in every 15 mins. No sure is it some special event on the day I stayed. But overall is a great hotel.

Helpful staff and suitable for travelers with car

Staff of the reception was very friendly and helpful. It’s convenient for those traveling with a car as the carpark space is free and nearby. The cleanliness of the room can however be further enhanced.

Nice Hotel and Smart receptionist, worth to stay.

Good location, good price and tidy hotel. Moreover they have a bilingual receptionist, she is a Malaysian, she can help you in speaking English and Chinese.

Need to carry luggage and walk upstairs inside the room that I have stayed at, which was not mentioned beforehand. Otherwise convenient location in city.

We checked in a room in the attic, which I have to carry two big luggages up to the stairs and get to my room. I have booked a king bed room while they gave me a queen size bed. I tried to change the room but they said they were full house. I don't think this is acceptable and is worth for the price!! Another thing is the hot water would run out!!!! I was taking a shower while the hot water were ran out and I have to wait in the bathroom for 5 mins until the hot water ran again!!! I tried to call the after hours service, but the security said there was nothing they can do, but wait!! This is a terrible experiences!

房間整潔，職員態度友善，只是前檯晚上9時至早上7時無人當值，沒有7點前的morning call。室內有小廚房，麻雀雖小，五臟俱全。

Convient, clean and tidy Hotel

Very helpful staff. Big apartment with excellent view of Launceston. The restaurant Black Cow Bistro was excellent. Close to shopping area and restaurants.

Good service apartment

酒店裝修有一點老舊，但十分乾淨企理；每日也清潔打掃，Apartment 少有，讚。廚房設備齊全，只是電爐火力不夠強。正正市中心，去那裏都很方便，步行可到二大超市員工有禮也很樂意幫忙推介

Location ok. Service is excellent.

Stove and utencils are oily and not completely clean. Not enough hot water for shower at night. However, reception staff are very very nice and helpful. If you are just looking for room to stay but not using kitchen facilities, you will find it very comfortable and good.
