Comfortable and meet the standard
Clean, comfortable, Good location, Good servicie. The hotel is not in the main street, in an aisle between two tram stop. If you ask direction from the others, be careful, you may be misled most of times.

Perfect 👌 Hotel, Staff and Location
We absolutely loved our stay here. I stayed with my two daughters. Staff were brilliant. We met and received help / guidance from at least 3 members of staff. And all were lovely and helpful. Breakfast was amazing. Unusual for English people I’d say. But delicious and different. Location was perfect. On a quieter street but a stones throw from many restaurants and shops. And a very short walk to Tram and transport hub. A short stroll to the beautiful park and many main attractions. Perfect stay for us. Thank you so very much xx

Door beoordelingen van anderen had ik voor dit hotel gekozen. ontvangst kan beter, hotel lijkt op fotos mooier. Het is een oud hotel maar met google maps was het lastig te vinden. Locatie was zeer goed, dichtbij Eminönü en Ayasofya moskee. Badkamer; douchekop werkte niet optimaal en was ook verstopt. Kamers liggen echt aan reparatie toe. Mensen die met vrienden komen pasop, door de jaloezie in de badkamer ondanks dat die dicht is kan je gezien worden. Weet niet waarom ze dit bedacht hebben maar het is niet fijn. Ontbijt kan je net zo goed buiten doen, er is niet zoveel variaties.

Great customer service. The staff readily made restaurant and taxi reservations for us. Property was in ideal location for points of interests and highly walkable. We enjoyed our stay so much that we rebooked a return stay after traveling to other cities in Türkiye.

Zeynep and her staff made this a wonderful first experience in Istanbul. Everyone is very helpful. The hotel is not fancy, but the room has wood floors and it is very clean. The breakfast every morning had a variety of delicious options. The location itself has lots of restaurants and the train station, metro, street car and ferry are all close by to explore the city. I highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel is within walking distance (or a one stop on the tram if you don’t wish to walk up the hill) to all of the major attractions in the Old City of Istanbul. Topkapi Palace, the Grand Bazaar, Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia and Basilica Cistern. It is also close to the harbour and spice bazaar. Surrounded by restaurants and bars, for the money it’s great value

My go-to Istanbul hotel
The location of this hotel is perfect for access to the old city and transportation. The street is quiet and the staff is super friendly and helpful. Rooms are modest, but clean and comfortable. Price point is excellent. I've been staying here for 10 years and never regret my choice!

The staff are so friendly and nice people, it was my birthday they surprised me by bringing a cake, It was really a nice thing from them, I appreciate it. Also they have a delicious breakfast.
