I would stay here again!
It was clean, and they were constantly cleaning—whether it was the lobby, your room, or the hallways, they were always cleaning. The staff was very friendly. I didn’t realize my room didn’t have a window or balcony, which threw me off a little, but I came here for surgery, so everything was perfectly convenient, and the price was great. The rooftop was very nice, and the people who worked there were super friendly. Most of them were bilingual and spoke English. Everyone was helpful. They cleaned my room every day, which I didn’t know or wasn’t aware of, but it was fine. One thing I can say for certain—and this has nothing to do with bias toward the country or location—is that it would be really easy for someone to just walk into the hotel because of how open it is. The stairway leads directly from the garage, which makes access pretty open. However, there were cameras literally everywhere, so that was reassuring. Still, that would be my only concern—just the possibility of anyone walking in. But again, that’s not me being biased toward the country or location; I would say the same about any hotel. I also ordered breakfast and dinner here. Their drinks are cheap and food I cheap. There’s walkable 7 elevens and bakeries near by. Overall, I had a very nice stay, and everything was great. The bed was so comfortable, I got really good sleep. Also, they don’t have heat, only air conditioning, and they provide just one blanket—which was fine because it was warm but humid inside.

Good but needs work.
The rooms need a few basic nesscities. First they need a small personal safe to secure valuables. The also need hooks in the bathroom to hang towels and toiletries bag whil taking a shower.

PARK IN A SAFE PLACE
I never stay in this part of town due to the unsavory characters around in the area but the location of this prop. was very close to an appointment. The property itself is a clean and nice place but lacks enough parking spaces. If youre not in by 4 you'd have to park in a 24 hr. parking structure or outside the prop. The hotels attendants stated they'd keep an eye on it and that kind of gave some easiness so I parked my SUV outside the hotel. They do the best they can and I do not hold them responsible for anything. The following day as we were rrady to leave we realized my vehicle was vandalized. They took nothing of real value except for my house keys and after picking my lock it was rendered unusable. I'd advise to avoid hotels in this area if you cannot park your car somewhere safe or spend a little more and stay in Zona Rio or Agua Caliente neighborhood properties. Other than that the trip was uneventful and we took care of our errand.
