The room was in a perfect location. It was close and within walking distance from everything. The room was very clean and the check in process was easy. I will be choosing to stay here for future trips to New Orleans.

This place was perfect for the 6 of us. Having the space compared to a hotel room was the best. Place was very clean. Had an issue with leaking toilet but called and it was fixed while we were out and about. Very convenient location. Lots of restaurants and coffee/breakfast shops within the surrounding block. Parking was across the street and cheaper that what you pay at hotels. The view from rooftop was stunning at night. Nice sitting and lounging areas on rooftop. Has security at the door. Code to get into the building so not just anyone can walk in the complex. We went the weekend before Halloween and the parade was only a block away from the complex. They also had a rooftop Halloween party at the complex with music, food, cold drinks, and open bar. It was an amazing stay. Will definitely be back.

Logement très bien situé pour visiter. La salle de fitness et la piscine étaient des plus très appréciables. Dommage que la cuisine soit si grande mais si mal équipée (même pas une passoire pour les pâtes) et placards complètement vides. Mais, le pire de tout et qui nous a gâché notre séjour sans que l'hôte ne sans soucis du tout est la forte odeur de drogue qui baignait dans tout l'appartement et particulièrement dans la salle de bain.

The rooms were more than adequate, it didn’t feel like a hotel either! The huge tub and an extra half bath were nice as well. Only complaint would be the condition of the elevators.

The property was as advertised. The unit was spacious and comfortable. The location was good to Canal Street, Streetcars, Restaurants and the WWII museum was an easy walk. The only thing that was unpleasant was the odor in the lobby. I don't know what that was from, but it was also obvious that they were working to eliminate it. Overall it was a pleasant stay.
