An Okay Stay
We came for the Super Bowl, and it was definitely a good deal compared to hotel prices. The room was in pretty good condition and met the needs of a 5 night stay for 4 adults. It was also mostly clean, but could probably use a deep clean at some point. I can't speak for the bed, but the pullout couch was pretty decent as far as comfort. There is a foul smell in the lobby, hallways, and elevators, and I'm not entirely sure why - just be prepared for it. The room smelled okay though. The rooftop is really nice. Like other reviews have mentioned, the parking garage is a little sketch, but we didn't have any issues with safety. The location is great for being near the action but not directly in it. Overall, it was an okay stay.

Overall, it was alright. Room was not ready by check in time but customer service was very good about switching us to another room very quickly. The apartment was very spacious for 4 people and pretty comfortable. Great kitchen! The stay could have been much better had it not been for the ridiculous smell of weed everywhere, every day. Very disappointing.

Ok stay .. Poorly up kept . Could of been better with just a little effort .. Was more for a money maker rather than providing top notch service and cleanliness .. Perfect place, we parked our car when we arrived and didn’t need to use it until it was time to leave because we were able to walk to everything. It’s a lovely space and felt very safe.

AMAZING
When I say this luxury apartment was perfect! We stayed for 7 days to celebrate my sisters birthday. There are two bathrooms a walk in closet, a full kitchen with everything you need, and a living room that can be used as a second room because the sofa pulls out. It offers AC And heat that you control. The icing on the cake was the washer and dryer inside the unit!!! The rooftop pool is a little small but they have a community room as well to watch tv and they have grills on the roof. The location is PERFECT, Canal and Burbon street is the street behind you. Don’t waste money booking Ubers The casino the river walk is all in walking distance! Best choice I ever made was booking here!

Nice and easy.
Check-in was easy. The room was nice and clean. We did have an issue with the toilet, but when we called, they sent someone to work on it. For check-out, you are just supposed to tell the security guy at the desk your room number, but he was not around. After about 10-12 minutes, a few of us wrote a note and left it at his desk.

Our stay at this property overall was a 2.5. The property was clean and had a nice view of the city. However, the first night we arrived we realized the tv in our bedroom was not working and we contacted the host in which they said they work on fixing the issue. Nobody ever came to fix the issue and so the entire stay we had no tv in our bedroom which was an inconvenience because our reason for solely coming to New Orleans was to enjoy ourselves and rest. It made it pretty boring. The coffee pot looked as if it had residue from last March even after cleaning it. So I had to order coffee in door dash wise. The cable in the living room was clearly antenna channels that showed more black and white tv shows than anything modern. Due to the lack of streaming services or any capability of watching up to date tv programs…I was forced to buy a Roku just to have those streaming services. I just feel as though as nice as this property was, I feel as though it was cheaply thrown together. Never should I have to buy a streaming device in order to enjoy my stay and make it more memorable. It just was not at all what I expected.

Ease of access to the main attractions, with tram and bus stops close to the property. A well-equipped property with good amenities. Would benefit from a bathroom upgrade, particularly the faucets (taps) and shower unit. Also, for a 10-day stay, a housekeeping service should be offered. A general improvement on housekeeping standards is certainly desirable. Those items aside it's a lovely apartment and small improvements would result in a much higher rating.

The room was spacious with clean-ish with floors that had visibly been mopped but were sticky. The bathtub had a shower curtain that didn’t reach all the way to the edge of the tub resulting in a mini flood situation after each shower. The room had no view but the windows had a privacy film on them for some reason. We appreciated the washer and dryer with detergent pods. The room was quiet, with a nice gym. The rooftop pool was very small - more like an oversized hot tub. The roof top had a north-facing view of the city. The freezer wasn’t properly cleaned and the foyer smelled a bit musty. We liked the ability to change the room temperature to our liking. Overall, not bad with room for improvement.

Nice place
The only things i say that were an issue were that the Pool was not maintained and due to the fiery crab restaurant downstairs it smelled like seafood. Condo itself was very nice. Parking is an issue but the place around the corner was the best place and reasonably priced. Maintenance issues were handled within a reasonable timeframe by telling the office on ground floor.
