Hotel is clean, friendly personel, beds and pillows are hard for my liking. Rooms and beds are cleaned every day. The only downside are that the doors are mostly glass and you can hear every single noise.I think they need to charge the doors to make Rooms more private

Room had no windows & a small ceiling fan. Bathroom door on the inside had no door knob just screws sticking out. We were not allowed to keep our room key & had to leave our room key every time we left to go somewhere. Staff was friendly but our room was so stuffy!

Not all rooms have A/C. I made the mistake and reserved a simple room. After the first night the front desk was able to change us to a Deluxe room with A/C. The deluxe rooms also have a more comfortable bed. We will stay again next time we come to this city.

The only nice thing about this hotel is the location it’s on the center of the plaza and you can just walk around no need to drive because there’s no parking or parking in the streets are putty hectic.

Location is great. Shower is not your typical standing has spa tub not easy to get in and out. Also the water would go onto the bathroom floor cause puddle . Staff some were welcoming Rooms clean
