Estadía breve para asistir a una convención

La realidad es que me sorprendió este hotel. La habitación estaba limpia, agradable y moderna, y además el servicio fue excelente. El desayuno fue muy bueno también. Lo único que me incomodó un poco es que el estacionamiento es un tanto incómodo y pequeño, pero fuera de eso todo fue excelente.

Everything was a lie. It was disgusting no services known nothing place was like the ghetto. It was the ghetto coming from the ghetto. That looks more beautiful than Puerto Rico. Nothing close Xfinity live did not inform me. There was no pool. There was no dying area on nothing it sucked. My mother passed away. I didn’t want to have some relaxation but everything was like hell get it together Puerto Rico sucks. You guys are covered in the place of nowhere Red land in the place with all these ghetto houses please give me a break.

I paid for a room on an upper level with a view. I did not get either of those things. The property sits on the corner of two roads, a busy road and a side street. People speed down both roads and the noise from the vehicles is awful both day and night. The parking lot is very cramped and in terrible condition. The bathroom was extremely small and the shower had a glass wall with no door so water would get all over the floor. Two of my towels had what looked like blood stains on them, and my bedsheets also had some kind of dark stain on it. The pool was also closed which I didn't find out about until after I booked this hotel which made me upset. The only decent part about my stay was the daily breakfast that I paid extra for. I'm sure if I would have gotten the upper level room on the front of the building with a view that I paid for, my stay would've been a little more enjoyable seeing as the hotel is right across the street from the beach/ocean. I guess there was no way to guarantee you'd get a room like that though.

The pictures are not current. The water is across the highway not across the "street" and the water is not suitable for people. They charged 2 separate credit cards that I presented for the stay. The manager was very nice and accommodating for the room. I am waiting to see if my charges are corrected. For some reason housekeeping doesn't give face cloths....they give hand towels. Each time I had to request them. The room was efficient. The first room had a phone that didn’t work. I would recommend to someone just trying to get away.

Very loud location next to highway. Windows sounded like they were open. Crack around window AC unit so bugs came into the room such as gnats and mosquitos. Room looked nothing like the photos. Pool was closed and all windows to the pool area blacked out. AC unit did not keep the room cool. Hotel was not ocean front and did not have an ocean view as described. Free breakfast was minimal. Overall not worth the amount of money charged for the stay. Also only one small sink in the room for 4 adults and 2 queen beds. My recommendation is choose another property!

This property is located about 20 miles from San Juan, in Toa Baja. While it offers a quieter location, it's quite far from central attractions, so you'll need transportation or rely on Uber. During our stay, Uber rides averaged about $20 per trip. The front desk staff was very friendly and accommodating, which we appreciated. However, our stay was marred by several issues with room 306. Unfortunately, the room was infested with bedbugs. I experienced multiple bites on my legs and arms, commonly referred to as "breakfast, lunch, and dinner" patterns. This was deeply concerning and detracted significantly from our experience. Additionally, the bathroom lacked a glass partition to separate the shower from the rest of the space. As a result, every shower caused water to spill everywhere, leaving the floor dangerously slippery and messy. This felt unsafe and inconvenient. While the location and staff have their merits, these issues need to be addressed urgently to ensure a safe and comfortable experience for guests
