Comfortable and Cosy
Lovely 15 mins walk downhill into Malahide. Very comfortable room and cosy bed. Lady that met us at check in and check out was super friendly. We just wanted basic accomodation for 1 night for a low price, and were pleasently surprised with what we got.

Beautiful house at end of private lane. Hostess Tia cheerfully welcomed us and showed us around. Spacious room and so clean. Lovely offerings of fruit, teas, coffee, water and basket of candies. Acc ommodations were top notch. Close to Malahide town..fun area. Premier customer service.

Wish we had more time to explore Malahide but we were catching a flight home the next morning! Such a nice little town. We walked to town for dinner at a cute little pub (Gibneys). Malahide Guest Rooms had the friendliest staff and very comfortable accomodations. Highly recommend!!

Opted for this rather than an airport hotel, for my flight from DUB the next morning. Excellent choice--terrific place, great location. The village of Malahide has great places to eat and is very walkable. The room was neat and clean and covered all the bases. Only mention: My room was on the front of the house, and there were lots of lights outside that the curtains didn't block too well. If you have trouble sleeping in anything short of a pitch-black room, you might want to request a room in the back.

This charming hotel was a great place to stay on our last night in Dublin. We walked to all Malahide has to offer, including the castle and downtown shops/food. It was perfect for our family of three. I only wish we could have stayed longer! Highly recommend this hotel for a night or two of your time in the Dublin area. You don’t want to miss it and Malahide itself!

The Malahide Guest House was absolutely the most beautiful and welcoming place during my stay in Malahide. Everything was in pristine condition with cleanliness and quality, and I was able to feel comfortable and safe for my first time being out of my home country. The Hostess was absolutely wonderful and she welcomed me with a big smile and toured me around the house, explaining all the ins and outs with utmost politeness. I have never had such a pleasant, relaxing, and comfortable stay elsewhere. Unlike larger hotels, Malahide Guest House let me get the experience as if I was a local in town. Everything in town, such as restaurants and stores and the like, were such a short walk away. I didn't need to use taxis or buses at all. The location is perfect and I cannot be more grateful for their hospitality. Next time I am in Malahide, Malahide Guest House will be my only preferred choice. I highly suggest any visitors to the town stay here as well!! You will not regret it!

Stayed here several times previously when it was an excellent and deservedly successful B&B. For twice the price and no breakfast, I couldn’t possibly recommend this place now. Was kept awake on the first night by the all-night bright external lighting (though they did switch it off around 23:00 for the second night after I’d complained). All curtains should have blackout lining. When I returned in the evening on my second day, the room had not been cleaned—the bins hadn’t been emptied, the bed hadn’t been made, the tea cups still had tea bags in them, and there were no new water bottles. Apparently, it’s not their practice to service the rooms! Well, at the price they’re charging, they need to. I will not stay here again.
