Ganz ok mit kleinen Einschränkungen
Insgesamt ok. Auch Preis-Leistung. Nettes Design im ganzen Haus. 3 Minuspunkte: 1. bei Checkin wollte man uns gleich noch ein Frühstück für unverschämte 22€ pro Person berechnen, obwohl nicht gebucht und auch nicht gefragt, ob wir es wünschen. War dann kein Problem es zu streichen, aber die Abfolge war schräg. Und - für einen anständigen Preis hätten wir das Frst. vielleicht auch genommen! 2. Trotz Buchung für 2 waren nur Handtücher für 1 Person auf dem Zimmer 3. zeitweise kam kein Wasser im Bad aus Hahn u Dusche.

Schnodriger Stv. Hoteldirektor. Bezahlterminal funktioniert nicht. Türschloss funktioniert nicht richtig. WLAN funktioniert nicht richtig. TV verbastelt - funktioniert nicht richtig. Die Bar ist leer. Ich weiss warum. Türen knallen ab 6 Uhr. Aber ich wünsche Ihnen einen schönen Aufenthalt.

Das Zimmer ist von der Größe völlig ausreichend. Wirkt durch die sehr hohen Decken fast riesig. Das Bad ist durch die kleine Lampe etwas dunkel und könnte durchaus heller sein. Im Zimmer war leider kein richtiger W-Lan-Empfang. Ggf. könnte man im hellen Zimmer noch einen weiteren Spiegel (es ist nur einer im dunklen Bad vorhanden) anbringen. Dies sind nur Kleinigkeiten, die uns absolut nicht gestört haben, da wir ohnehin nur eine Übernachtung gebucht hatten. Daher haben wir bspw. das mit dem W-Lan nicht angesprochen. Wenn man jedoch einen längeren Zeitraum bucht, könnten die o.g. Punkte bei dem einen oder anderen Gast ggf. für Unmut sorgen. Keine Bewertung des Frühstücks, da nicht gebucht gehabt.

Schickes Hotel, mit Luft nach oben für den Service
Nach 6 Stunden Anreise, gab es Probleme mit dem Check-in, da nicht ersichtlich war, ob nun schon eine Anzahlung an hotels.com erfolgt war oder nicht und was ggf noch an Zahlung offen ist. Als Gast will man sich erst mal frisch machen, aber so dauerte der Check-in gefühlt 30 Minuten. Ich fühlte mich eher wie ein ertappter Verbrecher, als ein willkommener Gast. Die Zimmer sind sehr stilvoll und mit Geschmack und Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Das Ganze im Altbau-Industrie-Charme. Verbindung zum WLAN war nur im Bereich der Rezeption möglich, im Zimmer wurde das gleiche Passwort als falsch angezeigt. Leider war die Rezeption dann nicht mehr besetzt um Hilfe zu bekommen. Im Fazit ein großes Potential, was durch den mangelnden Service nicht annähernd ausgeschöpft wird.

Defektes Licht im Badezimmer, Luftabzug ebenfalls ohne Funktion. Kein Wasserkocher im Zimmer. Kein Aufzug. Duschwand zu kurz, beim Duschen setzt man das Badezimmer unter Wasser. Sehr schöner Eingangsbereich, cooles und künstlerisches Design im gesamten Hotel. Ansonsten soweit in Ordnung, ausreichend für eine oder zwei Übernachtungen.
