Great apartment and location. Very nice security guards. Housekeeping was a mystery and we didn’t get any, but to be fair we did not try to figure out how to ask. Otherwise, park view was beautiful, apartment was spacious, neighborhood restaurants/cafes/bars were great, and all was very good.

The location was excellent with lots of stuff to do nearby. There’s a park in front and businesses close by midnight, which means you get a quiet good nights rest. All of the rooms were clean and the beds big enough for couples. The kitchen was equipped with necessities and the balcony offered a nice space to relax. I especially loved the rooftop - great spot to work, read, or just chat with friends.

We had a 4 bedroom accommodation that was perfect for us. The place was spacious, beds were comfortable and it was clean and inviting. The staff were courteous and always available 24/7 to tend to our needs. We had a fabulous stay at Casa Miravalle!! Muchas Gracias!

Estancia terrible. No se parece nada a las fotos

Estancia terrible. Salí temprano. El edificio no se parece en nada a las fotos. Mucho ruido, tanto por los otros huéspedes como por las obras de al lado de la propiedad. Solo una toalla y medio rollo de papel higiénico. Imposible contactar con nadie en la propiedad; envié más de 10 mensajes y no recibí respuesta. El wifi se fue por completo, así que me fui a otro hotel. Lo único positivo fue la amabilidad del guardia de seguridad, que está disponible las 24 horas.

Stylish Hotel in Condesa

We loved our stay and would come back in a heartbeat! The apartment itself was stylish, beautiful, spacious, and clean. The location directly across from a park in Condesa was perfect and within walking distance to shops, cafes, and restaurants. Couldn’t have asked for better!

Nuestra estancia en la Condesa fue simplemente excelente. El lugar está decorado con muy buen gusto, con detalles modernos y acogedores que hacen sentir como en casa desde el primer momento. Todo se encontraba impecablemente limpio y bien cuidado, lo cual transmite confianza y comodidad. La ubicación no podría ser mejor: en el corazón de la Condesa, rodeado de una gran variedad de restaurantes, cafeterías y bares de primer nivel, todos a poca distancia caminando. Es una zona vibrante, llena de vida, pero al mismo tiempo tranquila y segura para pasear a cualquier hora. Definitivamente lo recomendamos para quienes buscan hospedarse en un sitio con estilo, limpieza impecable, gran ambiente y la comodidad de tener lo mejor de la Ciudad de México a la mano.

We had a great stay here in Mexico city, I would definitely return. The hotel was exactly like the photos super clean, there was construction going on next door, but not super loud they started working at a reasonable time. The manager let us check in 2 hours early which we appreciated since we had took a red eye flight and landed at 5 am. We were also able to store our luggage since we landed early and also when checking out. I appreciate the hotel cleanliness and service. We felt super safe and loved the area. Everything walking distance.

Amazing location, beautiful apartment

Amazing location and very spacious apartment!! Stayed for 4 nights with two young kids (4and 7) and it was perfect for exploring with them. Staff were so sweet and friendly and the beds were really comfortable! Some other reviews mentioned construction noise, the weekdays there is construction next door but it wasn’t terribly disruptive (we’re up early anyway). Great roof deck and laundry in our apartment (also on the roof) was key. Just wish there was a little more info on how to do things (no instructions or booklet in the apartment on how to use appliances, checkout times etc). Would definitely stay again though!

Fantastic place, elevator didn't work

Exceptional location, comfortable apartment with great amenities, beautiful rooftop lounge. Elevator was not working during our 4th floor stay so we got our exercise; caution if you are traveling with mobility issues. The last morning when we got up to get ready to leave for the airport, there was no water so we couldn't flush the toilets or shower; not sure if that's a common issue as we were leaving and didn't ask. Overall a gorgeous, safe place to stay in an exceptional location!
