喜出望外的住宿
喜出望外的住宿，Georgios and Sophie 服務態度非常好，好親切，其他員工也非常好！地方乾淨，舒適，每天有人打掃，早餐吾錯，每朝早隨我地喜歡的時間送上送，在陽台看美麗日落，只需行10-15 分鐘已到Fira, 沿途靠住海景美麗！附近也有很多餐廳味道也不錯，雖然每天都要走上三層樓梯，在Santorin就是這樣呀！最緊要行李都是有他們的員工搬上落的！真是值得推介的住宿！還有只需要email 比地就可以安排機場接送呀！

Great suite!
Except the room is a bit cold and humid ( just a very little bit, and probably it is because we are not going in the right season), and a slight problem with the bathtub, everything else is perfect! Staff are super super nice, breakfasts are great, location is convenient, view is extraordinary(sunset as good as Oia), i definitely will have my stay with Ikastikies again!

地理位置还不错，虽然不是直接在菲拉，但走过去10分钟左右，老板热情，干净，宽敞，复式结构，唯一不太好是房间没有直接面对大海，要去公共地方。

Nice,but not perfect
we were there for our honeymoon,to be honest,we were looking forward that we will get some special welcome from the hotel,but not one. Everything's just like the photos on their page. Everyone are very nice,and we are very thankful for they carry up and down our luggage,really nice!!! the swimming pool is too cold,that no one can really use it in September. It was still a great memories for staying at this hotel.

This property was a perfect choice for us! The view from the balcony was just stunning looking over the Caldera and could see the small isle of Therassa straight ahead with the beautiful sunset going down behind it without needing to go elsewhere! It was convenient for restaurants and activity without being overwhelmed with an excess of people which you can choose to do if you like in the next village of Fira just a 20 minute walk away. Our small pool was bigger than a plunge pool and private for us and the other two suites closeby. George was a most dutiful host ensuring all our needs were catered for and signposted us to places of interest and advice.Breakfast was brought to us freshly made when we were ready for it. Would definitely recommend!

George was an amazing host. Always there to help with any questions, works hard everyday to keep the property clean and beautiful. The owner George has to be the kindest European you’ll ever bump into. Always quick to help you with anything to make your stay more comfortable. Together with Alexandra, they were very accommodating and made you feel right at home. Cleanliness of the premises was way above par. This is a very charming family owned hotel located in Firostefani. It's about 15 minute walking distance to nearby towns Fira and Imerovigli centers. The hotel was clean, our room was spacious, as described on the website, and had all the basic amenities needed. There was a beautiful view of the sunset from the hotel terrace, and our balcony which we enjoyed very much. The highlight of our stay was the hotel owner, George. He was very accommodating and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Would definitely recommend staying there!

I cannot say enough about this hotel - and we have had stays in several upscale hotels. Nothing can compare to the views from our suite. And the sunset! You can watch it from the spacious patio wine in hand. The patio is very spacious with a small plunge pool and ample seating options. The Suite is spacious and well laid out. Large bathrooms too! We had the two bedroom suite. The owner was so kind and he felt like an old friend by the time we left. The breakfast is so good - we have been back well over two months and i still miss the delicacies they served. Everything was above and beyond. I just cannot put this experience into words effectively enough.

This property is amazing. The view is breathtaking, every night we get to enjoy the sunset. Walking distance to shopping centers, restaurants, mini markets. The owner, George and staff are amazing. It is far from the busy areas where bars and some nice restaurants are, taxi is needed. But it is perfect for us bc its far from the noise.

A beautiful property, so well kept and run so well. We stayed for 5 nights and hated to leave! Beautiful caldera views but not on a path where people walked by all day. The breakfast was incredible, walking distance to so many restaurants. The staff could not have been kinder and more helpful. Only 4 rooms, all with beautiful views. The pool was great to cool off in after a day of walking around town in the heat. Just a lovely place!!

Le vrai luxe : cosy, situation et vue incroyable
Hôtel très bien situé sur Santorin. A 10-15 min grand maximum de Fira, en face du couché de soleil, hyper central pour les balades, à 3 min d’un arrêt de bus, avec le plus vieux restaurant de l’île à 2 min (excellent restaurant par ailleurs). Très très calme. Piscine petite, froide, mais hyper agréable avec les chaleurs de Santorin. Petit déjeuner incroyable (trop pour nous). Propreté parfaite. Vue à couper le souffle sur la caldera. Nous avions la chambre Ostria. A fortement recommander pour un couple (j’étais en vacances avec mon fils). C’est la chambre qui est la plus proche de la falaise. Elle dispose d’une petite terrasse avec 2 fauteuils avec une vue imprenable. Très très calme car en contrebas du chemin emprunté par les touristes. Sans vis à vis sur la piscine. L’équipe de l’hôtel (très restreinte car l’hôtel est très petit) est incroyablement gentille, aidante et sympathique. Un grand merci à Giorgos et Nicoleta notamment). Certes, c’est pas donné, mais c’est d’un excellent rapport qualité / prix. A Santorin, certains hôtels n’offrent pas ce service, cette vue ou cette proximité de Fira avec le calme mais font payer beaucoup plus cher. Seule limite (mais je pense que c’est pareil pour tous d’hôtels sur la caldeira) : l accessibilité est compliqué pour les personnes à mobilité réduite ou très âgées. La vue et l’exclusivité nécessite quelques escaliers :-) En un mot : exceptionnel. Le vrai luxe en toute simplicité.

Words cannot begin to describe the way my wife and I felt staying here. The people made us feel special, better than family. The breakfast was incredible. Deliver each day when you wanted it and how you wanted it. It was special. The rooms were extremely clean and the views breathtaking. Sunrise or Sunset we felt we were always in paradise. Special thanks to George and his staff whom helped us with cancelations of excursions, special meals and transfers. If you really want something special please call direct and ask for George and inquire about the Cave House. For my wife’s birthday and our 42nd anniversary the Cave House was a Hallmark event. This was truly the stop of a lifetime and made our trip. Thank you George!

Giorgis is very helpful. Thanks to Nicholi for bringing our luggages down and up in our room. Breakfast was also good. Upstairs room is comfortable, but main area and bathroom is cold, but manageable. Thanks again for the warm welcome.
