Pros: The Liason person at the front office Eliana Perez what’s definitely the biggest pro of my entire stay and probably of the complex as well
She was very patient always available helpful in a multiple situations in terms of the unit is itself as well as getting around. A real joy to work with.
Cons: complex complexes in the middle of a construction zone; the unit itself had many insects plus a safety deposit box did not work throughout to stay. Most of all was in the middle of nowhere within overall complex not close to anything. Overall hard rock complex was also in the middle of nowhere far away from the popular beaches from Punta, Cana, etc., etc. etc.
I was so disappointed I left two days early
