Highly recommend!
We enjoyed our stay at Motto Bentonville! The atmosphere was exactly what we wanted for our romantic Valentine's stay. This hotel has a very upscale feel, from the lobby to your room. We chose one of the larger rooms with a King bed—plenty of room for the two of us and very comfy. Highly recommend!

Exceptional quality and convenience
The hotel was clean, comfortable, and convenient. We dined at the attached sushi restaurant “Junto” and it did not disappoint. Top tier food and service. After dinner we had a nightcap in the hotel bar, which has last call a bit early, but convenient. The rooms are efficient and comfortable for a short stay. Easily walkable to downtown and other restaurants and shops. Definitely recommend if you’re in town for business or pleasure.

Great location
Great location, walking distance to all the downtown offers. Great restaurant and bar attached. Room was very comfortable with a great view of the city. The only bad thing i can say is tge walls are thin. Can hear people in the hall, wayer in the pipes, and people moving around above.

Lovely Hotel, but coffee is not provided
This hotel is very nice and in a great location, but there is no coffee in the rooms, so my husband had to spend $12 on 2 plain coffees at the coffee shop in the lobby. That right there is why we will not be staying there again. It's a simple creature comfort that they do not provide. If coffee doesn't matter to you then, by all means stay at the Motto, because it is a lovely hotel.

Anniversary Stay
The place was very nice and I loved the old school vinyl records that you could check out and listen too. The room is a bit small but what hotel room isn’t! All things were very modern and up to date. Bed was comfy and the view was decent. Close to many things like the square, restaurants and Walmart museum. There is no pool or hot tub but did have a work out room. Over all a nice place to stay.

Very pleasant stay - the room was comfortable and the ambiance nice. I had never before stayed in a hotel room with a bed that folds up to the wall to access the couch, but it worked well. My one complaint was that coffee was $4 a cup, whereas I had expected it to be included with the room.

Our corner room was so quiet! Even with a very full facility and a lively bar area, we never heard a peep. We enjoyed the architectural elements and sharp, urban look of the property. It was disconcerting to figure out that some of the outlets were only available for 3-prong plug-ins, as we don’t travel with items that have those. But having USB ports helped us out. The lighting was well-placed and easy to control. The staff throughout were unfailingly helpful, friendly, and welcoming. We used valet parking and the enjoyed the ease of giving up and retrieving our vehicle. Our little dog was right at home as well. It was so close to all things walkable in this lovely town. We will stay again.

I wish they had told me when I checked in that as a gold member I could either get 1000 bonus points or a $15 food and beverage credit because they had a nice coffee shop with pastries and they didn’t have complimentary coffee in the lobby, so I would’ve liked to have used my bonus to buy coffee in the mornings. I know they were under no obligation to tell me that, but I had never heard of that before so I would’ve appreciated knowing - I only found out when I checked out, when I asked about the lack of complimentary coffee - other than that, it’s a stylish, fun, kind of happening hotel with lots of areas to sit and people watch either with a drink or without!

Not good for business travelers
Needed an earlier check in but could not get one because I booked through hotels.com. Said they could not accommodate a request for a room change but had I booked through Hilton, it wouldn’t have been a problem. At 3:30, room was still not available, but they were able to change the room then. Check in was 4. Nice that they were able to do it then; but why not at the first request? I had a meeting at 4 and did not have time to refresh beforehand. Room was also VERY small. Not ideal for business travelers. There is a fold down shelf at the end of the bed for a desk, but the chair doesn’t fit so you have to sit on the bed. You will see this in the pictures. There are common areas to work, but when I was there, they were jammed with people and very loud.
