I would like to share detailed feedback on the extremely disappointing experience my family and I encountered during our recent stay at your hotel. Our time at your establishment was nothing short of a nightmare, and I feel compelled to provide this feedback in the hope that improvements can be made for future guests.
Our stay can only be described as akin to throwing money in the bin. The hotel's significant pipe problems resulted in an overwhelming and pervasive stench of drains throughout the premises. Additionally, the decision to switch off the air-conditioning in the lobby at 12 pm made for uncomfortable conditions, especially during hot weather.
The lackluster all-inclusive offerings provided the same or similar food options every day, leading to monotony and dissatisfaction among guests. Furthermore, the vast majority of staff were inebriated, hindering their ability to comprehend and address guest concerns effectively. Communication proved challenging as most staff members were only fluent in Turkish, with limited proficiency in other languages, including English.
As someone with existing stomach issues, I resorted to storing my own food in the room for dietary reasons. However, when a simple request to take a plate of bread and cheese met with an unreasonably rude and unprofessional response from the receptionist, referred to as "mummy," I was appalled by the lack of courtesy and professionalism displayed.
