Great beach getaway.
The suite was clean and roomy. It has views of both the beach (on the balcony) and the city (bedroom windows). Included breakfast was hearty and the breakfast staff was extremely cheerful and helpful.

Perfect accommodations big suite corner unit with 2 balconies overlooking beach and Pavillion area. Spacious suite, big bathroom with large glass shower. Suite was tucked away from others on the 4th floor so easy parking and close to breakfast area, pool and exercise room. Across from Walgreens, Sweet Frog, Pizza Restaurant and walking distance to loads of restaurants.

Its a good place to staying if you want beach front and you dont have any other options. The doors are old and its hard to open and close. I rate 3 out of 5.

Nice location and close to the beach. Breakfast was good and music was a nice touch. Room was clean but shower door did not close and couch room remote did not work for the TV. The pool was clean but kind of hard to get in and out of if you’re older. The ladder needs another rung at the bottom. Chairs there were nice and we could relax. I would go back. This is an older hotel that could use some TLC but the all ocean facing rooms were nice. For the price we were satisfied. We went through Expedia.

Our room was very clean and spacious. The staff were very friendly. The staff in the breakfast area were awesome! We sat on our balcony every morning and enjoyed watching the dolphins! Very relaxing.

Somewhat ok stay.
The hotel is quite outdated but, it’s good we’re comfortable. The rooms are a little tight. House keeping is per request. For our 3 days stay I have not seen anyone turn over a room. Which makes me wonder if the sheets were actually change after a guess checked out. Like I said the rooms are ok no frills. Rooms are all ocean view, receptionist were not that engaging compared to other hotels we stayed in the past.

One of the guys that worked the breakfast most mornings was fabulous!! Very friendly and entertaining one of the happiest people I’ve ever met! Other staff was also very pleasant. Overall we had a decent stay. However the bench directly in front of the hotel on the boardwalk had a group of people that literally sat there ALL day and night and some of them slept on the bench, the sidewalk, or the beach over night. Too many homeless laying around on the boardwalk.

The staff is extremely rude. When we got there we were not greeted and all she did was huff and puff. We were in the pool and a guy comes to us and say u break the rope we charging your room instead of him said can you please not have your kids hang on the rope. My kids don’t even weigh 60 pounds and yet he thought they would break the pool rope. It was 4 of us in the room and when I ask for extra shampoo and conditioner for 4 ppl we literally just got 4 for a stay that was 6 days 5 nights. Then hubby went to go ask for some shampoo the next day and he said 4 ppl in room and got 2 only. In breakfast they watch you like a hulk. It was extremely uncomfortable and unpleasant stay with staff being so rude. Definitely will not stay here again, also I was overcharged 39 bucks from the original stay price. The hallway and stair area smelled so bad like pee and was so disgusting. When there was a different staff in breakfast the guy was great the one that made his special potato’s he needs a raise. Everyone else horrible. The only good thing is the location where the hotel is steps from beach, restaurants and shopping area but I would not stay here again. Also it was very weird that this hotel had no safe in room. Which we had to secure our things in our car and hope no one would break into it.
