Disappointed
While the hotel is clean overall, I was disappointed with some details. I specifically chose this hotel because it advertised Egyptian cotton sheets, but the sheets are extremely thin, almost transparent, with no mattress cover. As someone with sensitive skin, I felt uncomfortable, possibly due to dust or allergens. I also booked this hotel because it mentioned having a bathtub, but there is only a shower, which was a disappointment. Additionally, the pillows lacked proper covers, there were no tissues in the room, the water was cold during my shower, and the drain was partially clogged. The curtains are placed too high to close easily, which let in too much light. It’s unfortunate, as the hotel has good potential with features like a large flat TV, but these issues made my stay less enjoyable. I had planned to stay two nights but will move to another hotel tomorrow and I will have to add the cost for a taxi to move place.

Great value for money
Very central location, super friendly staff and very good value for money. The pool on the roof is a big plus in the hot and humid Merida. Hot water and good water pressure in the shower. The room was cleaned everyday and we got new towels, water, soap bars and schampoo everyday as well. Bed was a little hard for my taste (but I find nearly all hotel beds too hard) and the room was a little noisy. However, we were aware of that and was given the option to stay in a room facing the parking lot, but opted for the noisier one because of bigger windows and a kingsize bed (the other room had two beds and very small windows).

Fue una experiencia pesima fui al hotel y no tenian habitacion disponible me dieron en otro hotel llandado hotel HO segun me ivan a dar una mejor habitación y fue todo lo contrario no tenia agua caliente sabanas sucias baño com la puerta callendose mucho ruido en ese hotel nose puede descansar experiencia fea me quede por q ya era madrugada y estaba cansado pero maña experiencia...

El hotel esta bien y limpio. La zona en la que está muy fea. El cuarto que nos tocó con temas: la puerta se atoraba muchisimo, el toallero se cayó la regadera estaba mal y salia agua por todas partes y el techo se cayó. Sin embargo muy amables me cambiaron de cuarto sin ningún problema y nos dejaron hacer el check out hasta las 4

Espantoso Hotel, un robo se pagaron 4 noches pensando que sería un buen hotel Como se ve en las fotos pero no es verdad nada, habitaciones espantosas, muy viejas, ubicación de terror, los encargados solo daban largas para mi reembolso, se robaron 4 noches porque no nos quedamos ni 2 minutos. Muy mal pésimo trato y atención para mi reembolso. Mentiras del hotel !

Emplacement ideal
Très bon accueil à la réception et en français (très rare au Mexique). Heureusement que l’hôtel dispose d’un parking privé car il est impossible de se garer dans la rue. Très proche du centre et de la cathédrale. Les chambres sont simples et la salle de bain était belle. La petite piscine est très appréciable lorsqu’on a chaud. Le seul inconvénient de l’hôtel est le bruit car notre chambre était côté rue et celle ci était est très bruyante. Dommage il n’y a aucun bar dans l’hôtel et impossible de prendre le petit déjeuner.

Good option to stay close to the city center. Tiny and quiet hotel, with a little and super useful swimming pool. The surrounding might give another perception of the property, but in fact it doesn’t.
