酒店位行opera後面的巷，交通方便，酒店房間不多，但櫃格人員親切友善，樂意解答任何問題，房間也適中，不太細，早餐選擇不多，但也吃得很舒適，下次會考慮再入住

一切都很美好
因為提及是蜜月入住，飯店特別提供了氣泡酒，非常的貼心。 簡單的英文即可溝通無礙。 房間空間配置舒服，不會感到壅擠，床很好睡。 早餐極為豐盛美味，可以吃到酥脆的蘋果派，新鮮水果與果汁，還有香檳酒。 位置距離歌劇院很近，搭地鐵出站再走3分鐘就到了。

Amazing hotel for a wonderful stay
Amazing hotel where staff could not be more welcoming. Room was spotless and spacious, breakfast was varied with both hot and cold options and the sauna was a much appreciated amenity after a long day exploring the city. Location was very central to all major tourist attractions. Overall, a wonderful stay in a lovely hotel which I would not hesitate to recommend to others looking for a hotel in Budapest.

Best boutique hotel in Budapest
A small boutique hotel close by the Budapest Opera House is convenient to all the attractions and restaurants. The hotel staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are comfortable and clean. Service in the breakfast room was superb and the food selection top notch. Loved the automatic coffee maker.

We had a very good breakfast with wonderful selection every day. The only negative thing was that sometimes it was loudly outside with the construction going on around. But we kept windows closed and it helped.

Great room and hospitality in convenient location
We loved our stay at Casati Hotel. The staff is so polite, professional and extremely helpful. We requested a room overlooking the courtyard and it was so quiet we forgot we were in a hotel in a big city! There was actually quite a bit of construction going on next door and down the street but we never heard any of it. The room was good sized, pleasantly decorated, and had a nice, modern bathroom. Comfy bed as well. The breakfast was a real plus. Great variety of breads, cheeses and cold meats, yogurt, etc., with a pleasant attendant who kept things well stocked. The location is great - lots of restaurants just a block or two away and super easy access to the metro and buses. It’s just a little over a block to the Hungarian State Opera House (worth taking thr tour, by the way) and Andrassy, the beautiful shopping boulevard that leads to Heroes Square. We were so impressed with Casati Hotel and highly recommend it as a pleasant and well-managed place to stay in Budapest. We would definitely stay there again.

It was a convenient location with access to the Metro Opera stop and buses. The breakfast was wonderful. The staff was helpful with restaurant locations and area information. Room 36 was very quiet but could have used a little more lighting.

We were extremely impressed with Benedek. He was professional, knowledgeable, helpful and above all courteous at all times. I’m sure the hotel trained all their staff the same but we always had Benedek so our compliments go to him.

Loved the hotel
We just returned from a stay at the Casati Hotel for five nights. Although there’s construction in the area we were not affected by any noise. The staff were great! They were friendly and very eager to provide information and suggestions (Big kudos to Adam for all his enthusiasm and knowledge). Breakfast was fantastic each morning with an anbundance of options.

We had the best stay at this hotel! It was in a great location for seeing all the tourist spots and the staff was so friendly and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed! The rooms are huge and clean and the breakfast everyday was a delight! We would definitely recommend this place and I will be staying again next time I visit Budapest!

Overall I thought this was a pretty solid hotel. Receptionist was friendly and welcoming. There was complimentary breakfast which I liked. Had eggs, cold cut meats, breads, pastries, fruit and brut. The afternoons had complimentary pastries as well. There was a nice very contemporary lounge. I liked that it was a relatively small hotel and didn't take long to get from the main floor up to my room. Somethings I will say that were peculiar: The design of the room and hallways wasn't quite my style; a little bit too modern for me personally. The TV in my room was extremely small for the (very impressive) size of the room. And for me I feel like the location wasn't great. A solid 10 minute walk to the closest metro/bus station. If you want to walk to most tourist land marks, it's a good mile in every direction except for the opera house and luxury shops that are one block away. All in all, for the price , I would come back. Great staff. Location could be better but I think the positive are great.
