Our family stay
Our stay was excellent, we spent four days at the hotel it was very quiet and clean, and the staff was fantastic and courteous. The restaurant on the property served good food.

Great stay. Local to the strip and the staff were very accommodating. The kitchen staff was amazing and the bartender took care of me while I was staying. After my first stay I decided to come back and stay another night for my last night in Jamaica. Thank you for a great vacation

Awesome Hotel in the perfect location
I spent one week and it was an excellent stay. Checking in and out was a breeze (I did have a reservation). My room was spacious, clean and had all the amenities I needed.

Overall, we had a nice stay here! Staff members were very friendly and helpful! The only issue we had was we couldn’t fall asleep on the first night due to the bed being a little too hard and how busy the road was with motorcyclists and cars going back and forth. Not the hotel’s fault re the traffic but just a heads up for anyone planning to stay in here when they go to Mobay Jamaica. I would stay here again though because of the staff. Also, breakfast at this hotel is really good!

Mixed feelings, but mainly positive.
Was close to be 5 stars, but it took reception 30 minutes to check out. The invoice was one big mess. In the end I had to make the calculation from them. Some people gave extraordinary service, where others seems not to understand what we were saying or what they were doing. Rooms were perfect. Breakfast could be better and have more variation. Location perfect.

A really nice hotel !
The hotel is upgraded, renovated & feel like a new facilities. Everything works. A large screen TV. Friendly and efficient staff. There is always a staff member in or near the lobby. Location is guarded, safe and convenient. My room was quiet and comfortable. Interesting and delicious breakfast.

Wonderful New Years Stay
This is such a cute Montego Bay boutique hotel conveniently located right by the ‘hip strip’! It’s newly renovated and they utilize the room key switch card to power the room, making it energy efficient. Kudos to them for this!! We booked for 2 nights over New Years and liked it so much we added another night! The other guest reviews about the excellent, free breakfast are true! Big shout out to Tricia who greets you at the hotel gate!! She’s lovely, as are the rest of the staff!! The only downsides for us was the availability of extra towels (which in hindsight is probably us not being very eco conscious) and there is a sheet on the bed, but no blanket, which can make it chilly when running the ac, which we ended up turning on and off throughout the night. Overall we enjoyed it and look forward to the opportunity to stay there again!

Nice hotel on hip strip
Very nice hotel as far as aesthetics, size of room, parking availability, etc. It is located very close to a nightclub and on the strip, so be prepared for loud noise throughout the night between music and motorcycle/car noise. Breakfast was nice to be included and overall tasty (Jamaican options available as well as toast/bacon/eggs). There is not beach access from the hotel but can pay to go to a nice beach about a 7-8 minute walk.

It wasn’t what we thought. Didn’t realize the place was under renovations, they were out of a lot of drinks and food options. One morning the server was terrible so we left to eat at the diner next door. Rooms were nice and comfortable. Pool was up many stairs and no bathroom or drink servixe up there.
