The apartment was great - stylish, had everything I needed, and was in a location that worked for me (but might not be for people who want somewhere more suitable for tourists / families).
Unfortunately, on 2 occasions during my 4 day stay the apartment flooded. While the maintenance staff were helpful, providing towels and fans, the issue was not resolved. It had clearly happened before because the apartment smelled damp from a soaking wet rug. I was very disappointed that the management made no attempt to apologise, offer an alternative room or compensation.
There was also no clear place or instructions about what to do in the event of a tornado (which happened on 2 nights.) A number of residents ended up in a basement which appeared to be a building site and felt unsafe.
Both of these issues feel like problems associated with the property being newly renovated and not quite ready. Assuming they are addressed, and the communication improves, I would stay again because the apartment was great.
