Awful customer service
The hotel facilities are good. Bed is comfy, breakfast is nice. However I was attending a conference and had a parcel delivered 3 days in advance which was received by a staff member. When asking for it, they never found it. I was chasing the staff as i had to basically tell her how to proceed (contact the employee who signed up for the package and track it down, simple!). Not even the reception manager showed up to do something about it nor apologise for the situation.
At the end of the day, I didn't get my parcel which was worth more than £100 and I had breakfast on the first day but not on the second as I was leaving early. The second day breakfast was paid for but not the first day but they couldn't change one day for the other and they made me pay £20. You would expect at least having breakfast complimentary for this situation. Just an awful customer service in my opinion.
