Dirty room

Decent service but room was not clean. We found lots of hair and other stuff on the pillows and beddings.

Disappointed

The description of this motel is deceiving, it notes that the rooms were recently renovated (2022), however this is not apparent. True the flooring in the room appears to be updated, however the rest of the room left a lot to be desired. Unfinished work was visible, not all electrical outlets worked (only 2 outlets worked), sink did not drain, damaged furniture, damaged thermostat that was taped together, towel behind the toilet to catch drips, chain lock on the door missing, jet tub not functional, etc. Overall, our experience with this motel was extremely disappointing.

The AC was not working and we could not sleep at night. They are so cheap that the soft soap in the wash room was mixed with a lot of water. The room is too small for a family. The room didn't seem to be cleaned either. This was the worst hotel I ever visited.

Not what was advertised

The free breakfast was a coupon for Screamers Cafe down on the main drag in town NOT at the hotel. The office was across the street at the apple tree inn, which on a busy highway and wasn’t convenient to cross daily to get the coupons for breakfast. The bed was stiff and uncomfortable. The jets in the tub for the bathroom weren’t working. It was clean but everything else was badly advertised.

Very nice and will come back

Very nice motel. Good location, room clean and comfortable. Very good breakfast store and delicious sandwiches. Just reminding you that do not forget to bring hair dryer and USB outlets. Definitely we will come back and highly recommend.

Clean & Cheap But Read Reviews!

The motel was clean, newly renovated and had great water pressure. No ice machine anywhere but there was a coffee pot, microwave and small fridge. Bed were decent when it comes to comfort, please not there are no plug ins for devices near the bed. Motel is very close to "downtown" and a 5 or 6 minute drive to the hot springs. The issues we had were: Hotels.com says motel office is open 10am to 10pm it is NOT. They close from noon to 4pm so dont bother trying to check in early they do not open that door until 4pm exactly. You also dont actually check in at the motel you need to go across the street to another motel to check in. There is a sign on door that has a number to call if required but do not bother, I called 4 times and no one answered. We had to go to the office to get coffee etc as they didnt clean the room or check it while we were there. Free breakfast is a business card you take to a local ice cream shop for "breakast" you need to go to the office and request one each day.

The motel was decent, nothing particularly special. I liked having breakfast vouchers but it was odd that we couldn't pick up vouchers for more than one day of our stay (especially since they had dates written on them)
