酒店位置很偏僻，关键旁边就是陵园/墓地，而这一事实在Hotels.com上并没有披露。我们在抵达时发现，进入酒店首先需要经过这个陵园/墓地。房间里面非常阴冷，我们的第一反应就是应该尽快离开。随后我们联系司机接我们第一时间离开了酒店。强烈不建议选择这家酒店。
此外，说一下Hotels.com，虽然我们在第一时间联系了Hotels.com的客服，并向客服人员反馈了以上事实，要求Hotels.com免费取消房间。我们按照客服人员的要求提供了相关照片。但遗憾的是Hotels.com并没有跟进处理退款，而是非常不负责任且简单粗暴的回答“根据协议无法免费取消”。
The hotel is located in a remote area, with a cemetery/burial ground nearby, which is not disclosed on Hotels.com.
