Very disappointing. pictures are from the past.
the external part can be rated as sufficient but the room was seriously old, completely dark with extremely insufficient illumination, the shower was like the one of my grandma, the bed linen was old style. it must be said that the view from the room was very beautiful. the pictures on the website should be refreshed. they are from two decades ago.

Hotel não tinha Wi-Fi, meus amigos ficaram no mesmo hotel 4 dias antes e deram a mesma desculpa, de que estava instável! Fiquei todos os dias sem poder usar internet! Pessoal da recepção fica tentando te vender passeios o dia inteiro! Te para várias vezes com o intuito de vender passeios, acaba sufocando!

Do not stay at this hotel. The photos are nice, but the hotel is filthy, they do not keep up with it. Our room was falling apart and absolutely dirty. The breakfast is the worst food I have ever had. The only thing I could swallow was the fruit and I am not a picky eater. They deserve this bad review and need to make these changes before more tourist stay there.

Loved it. Very nice off the Nile river. I did not like that there is no wifi in the rooms and we had to go to reception to have access to wifi. Also, I asked for a full/queen size bed and they gave us 2 twin beds that we had to push together.

Très bien accueilli , le personnel est super .Par contre nous avions réservé et payé via hôtels.com pour 2 chambres pour 6 personnes or l’hôtel nous a fait payer 30 dollars supplémentaires par nuit . A aucun moment nous n’avions été prévenus de cela par hôtel.com qui avait pourtant bien enregistré 6 personnes donc nous aurions dû avoir 6 couchages. Très décevant.

Terrible experience
I reserved a king size bed for my husband and I. They put us in two different bed. They said room with king size bed not available. There was no internet access in the room. It was very cold and the heater in the room was not working. We froze to death in the room. It was terrible.

Not sure why others had issues with the hotel. Our staff was more than pleasant. Lovely hotel,staff are very welcoming and helpful with queries. Pool staff are very helpful too! Clean room, and hotel staff are able to make arrangements and help with any issues with our flights or trips. Thank you for a lovely staff, will defo be booking the hotel again if I return to Luxor.
