Worthy money
The best part of this hotel is that it has flexible check in time, we arrived early in the morning after a long bus ride. They managed to have our room ready in great manner and allow us to take a rest. The staff is patient in helping us about our questions. We stayed in the reception area for long after check out, no questions asked. Just be reminded that do not open the balcony door especially at night. Thousands of bugs will fly into the house, keep it close and you will be fine.

Clean room and friendly staff
A very pleasant stay at the hotel with clean room and friendly staff! It takes around 15 mins to walk to pamukkale, but it's just a simple straight road. The restaurant is good too! The only thing to be improved is that there was a strong smell of cooking at the toilet (I stayed at the ground floor, the smell should be floated from the kitchen which is nearby).

Walking distance to Pamukkale and nice owner
We had a delightful stay at Melrose House Pansion. The owner is so friendly and helpful. She provided us with very useful information. We are so grateful for that. Breakfast was so delicious and housed in the beautiful garden with open and covered areas. It is a good spot to explore Pamukkale as you can walk there. At night the village is quiet when the tours are gone and you can enjoy the time of your own. Restaurants around provide delicious food with great value. Will definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Pamukkale.

great location and nice staffs
great location,,service was good... They helped me to check and call the shuttle to the airport. We had a flight in the early morning at 7am. The staff woke up at 5 and waited the shuttle with us. They are helpful and I appreciate their service. Turkey is awesome !

Close to Pamukkale
The hotel is close to restaurants and north gate of Pamukkale by 5 mins and 10 mins walk. Free shuttle service to bus station and south gate of Pamukkale (9:30) as well.

very nice people and hotel, lovely food!
we arrived late that night and the girl drove twice helped us to taking all the lugguages to the hotel. we were provided 2 good size bedrooms with all amenities including the mini fridge! The hotel restaurant is cozy and food there is fantastic. Staff are so nice that makes you feel like home! Pity didn't get a chance to have a swim in the lovely pool! Very good experience this time, highly recommended!

小镇本身不大，当时想着挑家家庭旅馆体验一下应不错的。结果是大大的失望，一进房间就感觉味道不好，而且水质也不好，洗个澡也是忽忙而就。设施，清洁度，更感觉是非常一般

Lovely hotel nicely run by a family
We were picked up at Pamukale otogar and our room was spacious. Tho it is not deluxe style, facilities are adequate and air-conditioner worked well. Food at the restaurant was good and the environment was good as a pool side eating place. We didnt swim in the pool as the temperature of the water was cooler than we expected for september, but we did enjoy the sunshine on the day bed next to the pool. I know the hotel is close to pamukale within walking distance. Melrose sent us to Pamukale by car, but unfortunately they did not tell us we had to come out from the other side of the park in order to be able to walk back to hotel. We ended up leaving the park at the entrance where they dropped us and we took a taxi back. Small thing tho. Overall it is a lovely hotel to stay.

酒店的位置有点偏，感觉像乡下，但是环境很好，到棉花堡有大概1km的路程。酒店的煮鸡腿是LP上都推荐的名菜，很好吃。酒店服务非常好，餐厅非常温馨
