Okay, not great
Booked this place last minute. The rate is significantly more reasonable than the Hard Rock but you do get what you pay for. My room wasn’t available at check-in and then once I did get into it, the ac wasn’t working (it was a 90 degree day). After speaking to the front desk and maintenance, they switched my room, which was better and did have a functioning ac, but they didn’t clean out the shower from the previous guests - there were the used shampoo and soap bottles scattered about.
If you are looking for a cheaper alternative to Hard Rock for just a night, I think this is fine but there is room for improvement. Seemed like they had a pretty good breakfast spread as well, which is included, and the rooftop restaurant was good. But overall service and consistency could be improved.
I could also tell this hotel is trying to cater to a younger demo with its design etc but I don’t think it’s going to age well — a lot of the white marble on the tables in the lobby was already staining and hard to ignore.
