Such a lovely property with a small canal view for some rooms, and the pretty garden for others. Walkable to most everything including the train station. Great restaurants nearby, water taxi stop very close. The two ladies who greet you and take care of all questions are wonderful! Very clean, well equipped, great lovation!!

Very reasonably priced and excellent quality. We were apprehensive that the hotel may not be the best given the price, however, it exceeded our expectations. The hotel is tucked away in a quiet area. The rooms are very spacious and clean, the staff were extremely friendly. The hotel had a great outdoor space to relax and the breakfast was good too. Would definitely recommend visiting here.

Cozy B&B in the heart of Venice

Extraordinary little Bed and Breakfast i a very nice location in Venice. The room was very cozy with a nice view of the garden and large windows that you could open. The bathroom was very nice as well, and the room was cleaned every day. The owner/manager was very helpful, and it was no problem for me to check in late at night with the convenient keybox on the side of the building. I would definitely stay in this nice place with a fantastic location if I come to Venice again.

This hotel was so amazing! All of central Venice is really walking distance, so for my daughter and me it was most important that the hotel was in a quiet neighborhood and it was quite easy to get everywhere we wanted to go. And the staff was absolutely lovely! Simone was so helpful in all and any questions we had, and proactively shared directions and advice on best way to get places. The breakfast was wonderful! Everything was perfect!

Easy and straight forward check in/check out, quite modern. Welcoming on arrival and offered coffee in the garden. Garden was a lovely addition as somewhere to relax. Small quiet hotel next to Casino

A pleasant small hotel next to the main tourist way from the railway station to Rialto and close to a vaporetto stop. 15-20 minutes walk from piazzale Roma. A small clean quiet room with the view into the courtyard. It was cold to use the inner yard, but it looks pleasant. I really like possibility to check in after the check-in hours. it is a coffee machine and kettle in the small common area on the ground floor. Absence of any wardrobe was a bit inconvenient, but it is ok for short staying

Great little find!

There is not a 24 hr reception desk. But Nicolo had messaged me earlier that he would be there when we arrived after hours. He gave us a number of dinner suggestions. He and his brother, Simon serve a fabulous breakfast each morning for 10 E each. The room was very large compared to European standards. Bed was very comfortable and the location is away from the crowds which was nice. We’d highly recommend!

The staff at Casa Del Melograno were so helpful and friendly. Truly it felt more like staying at a friend’s house than a hotel because they were so welcoming. It’s a very clean hotel and the courtyard in the back is wonderful! It is about a two minute walk to the San Marcuola vaporetto stop. There are automatic ticket machines so you can purchase your fare - it’s about $9.50 USD per person one way. We traveled to San Marco via the vaporetto. I highly recommend doing a walking tour. We went through Alilaguna ticket office at the Royal Gardens gate, San Marco stop. Our tour also included a gondola ride.
