Un desastre total. No mencionaria nada si el pago fuera de 15 dolares. Esta propiedad ni siquiera debería de estar en Hoteles.com. La verdad Yo he viajado por muchos lugares y me he hospedado en muchos hoteles de diferentes categorías, pero nunca como este.

Hard to find and communicate

The address is for an entire city district, not the property. Communication is bad. After 4 hours of trying to get directions and check in details I gave up and took a ride at the scheduled check in time to the address given by Hotels.com and was dropped off with no sign of the property. I got lucky - an English-speaking stranger passing by knew where it was and walked me there, several blocks away. There was no one available to check in and no one answering the door. It took several more phone calls to get let in. Nina is very nice but the directions and communication are awful!

Un buen lugar para pasar una noche al llegar o salir al aeropuerto. Debe mejorar su rotulación ya que ea difícil de encontrar. Podrían añadir aire ya que solo cuenta com ventilador y no tiene ventana aunque estuvo fresca la noche.

Hotels.com failure

I did not stay. I was unable to arrange transport from airport even after calling, I took a taxi. I refused to stay because it is located in an unsavory area, looked like a regular house with fences--looked dangerous. Unable to contact Hotels.com for help; unable to cancel. Had taxi take me to a safe hotel where I felt safe.

Bare bones, but the room was clean and the bed comfortable. There was bottled water in the room and a hot shower (which in Costa Rica is not always a given). I was pleased, too, that they did come pick me up at the airport even though my plane arrived after stated shuttle hours.

The room was clean and quiet sufficient for our short stay. There is a fair amount of traffic noise, which was workable. The main problem was the pair of barking dogs also staying in the building. They barked loudly every 30-60 minutes all night long. It was not a restful night of sleep for us and would likely deter us from returning.
