Good service but...

Good service and wonderful breakfast!! But there have three thing I think can be prove in the future! 1.the hot water is not enough me to take 10 minutes showers! 2.i have lend hot water dispenser one night,it’s not clean inside ,so many dirty below the water dispenser... 3.the WiFi is not strong in our room! Five nights in Rome

Overall, it was ok. The hotel itself was old, as were the furnishings. However, it was clean and quiet, and the air conditioning worked well. The location was ok — it was next to the train station and metro. We stayed for five nights. The room had a small fridge, but no kettle.

Vi är halvt nöjd med hotellet, men nöjda utifrån vad vi betalade. Bra pris och nära till staden. Personalen var trevlig och hjälpsamma vid samtal då vi blev sena till hotellet (sent flyg). Bra med AC på rummet Rummet var dåligt städat, hittade en flygbiljett från en tidigare gäst från två månader tidigare och lakanet var smutsigt vid ankomst. Sängen var rätt hård

convenient to Roma Termini and short walk to the Colosseum. The front desk was great! Camilla even walked us to the direction we need to go to see the Colosseum! Would come back to stay here again!
