I was on a 5 night solo trip & the staff could not have made me feel more welcome. As it is a small hotel you receive a personal touch. It was my birthday while there & my son & his partner arranged via Giulia beautiful flowers & champagne to be delivered to my room. Nothing was too much. It’s also in a perfect location central to everything as well as very beautiful.

Love this hotel! The location couldn't be any better, everything is right outside the front door. Our room was updated and decorated beautifully, big enough for the 3 of us and our 6 pieces of luggage, so clean AND we had the best view of the Duomo outside our window! Wonderful location in beautiful boutique hotel! Less than 10 minutes walk from the train station and about 5 minutes from the Duomo. It's located in a historic building so the twin room itself was simple, yet clean and functional. The AC was an added bonus in the summer heat; there's also a lift to get to the second floor. The bathroom was very nice and had upscale fixtures which gave it an elegant feel. I only stayed one night, but reception was very friendly and breakfast was offered for an added fee

I spent one night in the single room at this hotel. It's an easy walk from the train station. The building is exquisitely beautiful. The room, while small, was perfect for one, and completely quiet for a great sleep. You can walk to anything in Florence from this location. Giulia at the front desk was the most welcoming person, and kind. I will definitely stay again if I return to Florence.
