Room comfortable, spacious clean , slept well Interesting foyer- unicorn wall hanging! Lucky for the lifts esp with luggage. Reception staff was v helpful and friendly. In old town. But parking has to be in parking station. Problem is couldn’t drop luggage at front door as no access - had to park illegally on Cour Mirabeau- Main Street.

Best hotel in Provence. Room was clean and beautiful. The staff was so friendly and helpful. I will absolutely be going back and staying. It is centrally located I didn’t take a taxi the entire time I was there. Even the tour meeting point is a 3 min walk. Perfection!!

Lovely hotel in great location

Beautiful hotel in a great location. Some real character and the team very friendly. Nightmare trying to find any parking due to the one way system and no parking at the hotel. Recommend get information from hotel first

We LOVED our stay here the property is beautiful and the perfect location to walk all over Aix. Right off the Cours Mirabeau but in the most beautiful, picturesque small street of Aix. The staff was lovely and the room was comfy and cute.

Great place to stay in Aix-en-Provence.

Interesting building, used to be a monastery. Perfect location!! Convenient breakfast every morning (extra charge). Lots of steps to third floor although elevator goes to 2nd floor. What we really appreciated about the hotel was how pleasant and helpful the staff were. We would definitely stay here again

They have retained the historic features of the original convent and combined them with modern charm and warmth. The staff was exceptionally hospitable and helpful. It is located in the heart of the old section of Aix and near to almost everything.
