Prefect location! The staff is amazing. The room was comfortable with all of the amenities. The noise level can be an issue due to all of the rooms opening up to the center courtyard and pool. We enjoyed the deck overlooking the ocean. Brunch was delicious as well. We would definitely return.

Fabulous little hotel right by the Mexican Gulf
Super lovely, clean and with fresh happy modern deco look. designed hotel with polite, and attentiveStaff. Right across from the seawall, looking out onto the Mexican gulf. Fantastic location really beautiful small and eclectic yet clean and well designed hotel. Will definitely stay here again.

Great place for Adults! Trendy 60’s Luxe
Hotel is such a classic! It’s like stepping into the 60’s when this hotel was originally built! Except with fully redone rooms! It’s very clear they took the time to redesign and properly renovate this hotel! Some of the reviews reported rooms being too small etc. this isn’t a hotel where you go to hang out in the room! I’d recommend for adults only as the theme is a house party! Hang out by the pool or the in house bars and sleep / shower in the room. It’s a little rowdy with the bars at night lots of noise. Food was ok not great and definitely high priced for the quality. Drinks were excellent! Right across the street from a public beach which was busy and usable even at 60*. The area seems safe and walkable as did most of Galveston! Arriving at the hotel is awkward because there is no lighting at the front door and no street lights near the entrance / parking area.

Needs a bit of love
No rugs only concrete floors in the rooms. Railing to the upstairs was unsafe and not attached. Room was very clean and beds were comfortable. Great linens. Not worth the price that I paid to stay

Phenomenal hotel
Our family had an incredible stay here! The mid century modern vibe and upscale aesthetics of the hotel were top-notch. But what really impressed me was the exceptional service from the staff - they were friendly, attentive, and made us feel right at home. Highly recommend!

Perfect in every way
Lovely retro/hipster property across the street from the beach, with rooftop patio. Small pool for a quick dip. Two restaurants and a bar with excellent food and drink. We didn’t go anywhere else!

Party starter, clean and comfy
Nice and clean. Great beach access and a neat live music scene. Great for couples looking for a place to sleep before boarding a cruise if you want to get the party started early! Not a quiet, serene place if you want total silence to sleep, but we slept just fine with the chatter of conversations in the sitting area. Free morning coffee in the lobby and we enjoyed it on the beach literally across the street. Only back draw was parking is limited and the building looks dark at night from the outside.

We were warmly greeted upon arrival and promptly checked in. The retro-style room facing into the courtyard was such a great surprise - loved the pink tiles in the bathroom. Breakfast was great in a cute room adjacent to the lobby (where there is also a fun little bar). We felt welcome and taken care of and enjoyed our stay very much.
