Breathtaking river view
My husband and I had the most amazing stay in the river-view suite, we had an unforgettable breathtaking sunset view. Watching the sun set over the river, painting the sky with stunning colors, while sipping a tea was the highlight of our trip! The suite was elegant, comfortable, and perfectly designed for relaxation. A special thank you to Rebekka for her outstanding service—she was warm, attentive, and went the extra mile to ensure everything was perfect. If you get the opportunity, definitely stay here!!
Beautiful historic hotel located right on the Rhine river and on the edge of the gorgeous old town of Stein am Rhine. The town was quaint and lovely. The room was modern and comfortable with amazing views of the river. Restaurants walkable. But the most amazing thing about this stay was the staff. So pleasant and kind. They came in special in the morning to make us breakfast and it was fantastic! I can’t wait to come back here. If you get the chance definitely stay here

Great view of the Rhein, very walkable and easy to park. Very friendly and helpful staff. Room was nice. Soap and shampoo outside of shower was the only odd part, as there was no shelf in the shower. Good breakfast. Would recommend.

The property does not have an elevator and the staff is not prepared to assist with luggage. Our room was on the 3rd floor. Not ideal for heavy baggage. The restaurant had a wonderful selection for dinner and the food was tasty. We opted for breakfast to be included and we were extremely pleased with the options and quality. Our female server on the first day was attentive and very sweet. The second day of service from a male server left us missing the sweet girl from the day before. Our view was of the Rhine River and it was breathtaking. Parking is about a block away. The hotel lobby representative said they ran out of FREE parking passes so we had to download the parking app and pay for a space. The hotel is just around the corner from the town square and directly in front of the waterfront of the Rhine. The ferry is a short walk from the hotel if you want to purchase a ticket to ride down the waterway.

An excellent room.
The suite overlooking the river was lovely. Newly renovated, spacious, including a small fridge. Breakfast was good and the hot food was cooked from a menu.
Large walk-in shower was in the bedroom. Base very slippery.
