I try canceling a reservation for hours after I booked it and it says you have up to 24 hours from the reservation time and the cancel button was un accessible. I tried calling the hotel headquarters and it hung up on me every time After waiting 5 to 10 minutes for someone to pick up after I pressed zero. Didn’t get my money back

I was a solo female traveller that booked a female only dorm room, and was instead put with just me and 2 men. I felt unsafe and went to change room, but they put me into another room with just men again.

Rudeness from the security officer automatically installed that I can’t be sitting in front of the laundry room. All he could have asked me in I was staying there and I'd show him my room key. Also, the staff wouldn't help with a mistake with my booking extension for another day. They expected me to check out by 11am and return the next day for 1 night's sleep. Plus, no refund for the day I didn't come back after early cancelation. You'll get what you pay for there.
