Please note they take a break everyday from 3:00pm - 6:30pm. We arrived at 1:30pm to check in, and was told that the room will only be available at 2:00pm. We then decided to leave our luggages, take a walk and come back in the evening. To be sure, we double checked with the receptionist if we can pick up the key in the evening - and she said yes! We returned at 6:00pm and realized there was no one at the reception. We stood and waited outside until another staff arrived at around 6:40pm. It will be great if the staff can inform us about the break at the first place…and apparently, no one pick up the phone or doorbell during the break, though they stick a note asking you to ring the doorbell if you need any help.

It was very good stay over all. The only problem wifi didn’t work. The room was clean and this hotel is closed to so many iconic places. They also offer free breakfast.

The receptionist was great! We were able to leave our bags where he stored them away from the entrance for a few hours before we checked in to our room. When we came back he had brought our luggage to our room! The breakfast really wasn’t great so we decided to eat elsewhere while in Florence. The room was spacious, clean, but the best part was the the air conditioning! It was the first time on our trip that we actually got cold. The WiFi in our room was not good at all, but that may be due to the location of our room in regard to the building layout. Overall, our stay was great and the location is perfect for everything we did in Florence!

The hotel Uffizi Aurum is very well located. You are within walking distance to major attractions and even train station. The rooms are small but have all that you need. The receptionist and service members were very friendly and helpful. They do offer a small basic breakfast, which is OK. Definitely would recommend the hotel fue its key location.

A atendente da recepção não é nenhum pouco simpática o rapaz da recepção e o que cuida do café da manhã são. O café da manhã é bem pequeno uns três tipos de pães dois tipos queijos dois tipos de presunto cereal dois bolos e croissant não tem muita mesa é bom ir cedo. O endereço é bem localizado muito perto de tudo a rua nas fotos parece estranha mas é tranquilo assim para quem vai ficar fora o dia todo e só dormir vale a pena é um hotel simples e os banheiros são mais ou menos um pouco pequenos e como não tem o box acaba molhando o chão um pouco, pelo valor pago no geral é bom

Séjour très plaisant. L’hôtel est idéalement situé, à proximité de tous les points d’intérêt du centre de Florence. Personnel serviable. Seul point noir la rue bruyante dans la nuit et au petit matin. Merci

The personal service is quite good but some room bei the street are very laut in the night to make guests can’t sleep. The breakfast ist ok but without fresh fruits.

Staff was amazing, spoke English, should us what were good things to visit in Florence, arranged taxis for us. This hotel is conveniently located near restaurants & tourist. Destinations. The only thing that could use some improvement is that the Wi-Fi was at times was weak and we would have to reconnect frequently.
