A good hotel, dated, but worth staying in.

The staff from reception, housekeeping and breakfast were very friendly. Reception were really helpful and Gianni really helped us out. Our balcony had a really nice view over the promanade and sea.

Convenient location.

We only used this place for 1 night as we were on a cruise the following day. Firstly 1 major plus about this place is the location. It was excellent. Just a short walk from the train station. The beds were good but a slight issue with the bathroom as it was very dated and could do with a few repairs like the toilet and shower door. The air-conditioning was great and a god send when comong out of the heat outside. The views from the hotel were also top notch. Just a few repairs and a slightly higher level of cleanliness would of made it a more enjoyable stay.

The room served it’s purpose. We got there early as we were departing from a cruise. We were a family of 9 and was hoping to leave our luggage and hit the beach for the day. They don’t have a luggage room. They offered us to leave our luggage out by the bathrooms but at our own risk, as it would be unattended and out in the open. There was a mistake with the booking (no idea if it was Hotels.com or the hotel), the staff resolved it but was not friendly about it. The hotel did not allow us to take their towels to the beach, but there were places at the beach that rented towels and water shoes.

This was only a one night stay before going on a cruise. The hotel was very comfortable and a lovely breakfast. Reception were very helpful organising a transfer from the airport for us and recommending somewhere to eat the evening we arrived.

Hôtel bien situé, prix raisonnable

Hôtel bien situé sur le frond de mer à coté des nombreux restaurants. A proximité du port Civitavecchia où l'on embarque pour de nombreuses destinations. Accueil efficace et rapide. We arrived at the property around 2 to check in, room is not ready yet. This we understand as the check in time is 3 Pm. Then we went out to explore the city and return after 9 PM. The room is ready, but the lock is broken, and we ask the night staff, he said he knew it but still assign the room to us, do nothing to find another room or replace the lock. For more than 7 hours after we arrived, the hotel didn't do anything to replace the lock, and the night staff is very rude, just ignore our request, we asked other questions, like is there any hot water, he just ignore, rude. Too bad

Great option for cruise passengers.

I picked this hotel because it was close to the cruise port. It worked out well for my needs because it was a two minute walk to the bus station that cruise passengers could use to go straight to the cruise terminal. The hotel staff were helpful with explaining the transportation options to the port. They include a sign in the lobby that lists the cost of the bus. The room was a little run down but it was clean and the bed was comfortable. The hotel js within walking distance to a few restaurants. It was a little tricky coordinating the shuttle to the hotel with the hotel staff but after a few emails, it got confirmed. Overall, the staff were friendly.
