Great stay
We spent 6 nights at the hotel. We liked the 2 bedroom condo, it was very spacious with 2 en suites and full kitchen and big balcony. Lovely view of the sea and sunset. The location is good opposite the beach, 2 minute walk to get there. There are restaurants and shops within walking distance. Overall our stay was very enjoyable. The pool was clean and warm and the hot tub was very relaxing. We were allocated our own parking space which was very convenient. To improve the stay I would say that the cleanliness could have been improved, just some dust around but nothing major. Also, need to leave out cleaning equipment such as dustpan and brush and broom. Also, no tea, coffee or water provided as per the service fee.

Good in spite of hurricane damage
The suite was very nice. The property was impacted by the hurricane causing the elevator to be out of order. We didn't know that until check in. We originally had a suite in the 5th floor but was changed to the 3rd. We would give it another try once repairs are made.

Would return
We were there a couple months after back to back hurricanes passed through and were a little nervous of what may be awaiting us, but we were very pleasantly surprised. We check in after hours at a separate location which was the hardest part as there wasn't any signage for their check in area and it took me 10mins to find it. Check in was smooth and easy otherwise. We had 1 parking spot that was fairly close to the stairs. Elevators weren't available due to hurricane sustained damage. The apartment was huge for the two of us - 2 bedrooms/2 bathrooms. Everything was clean, worked and all they needed was us to take our garbage out at the end. The back was close enough to walk to. We walked down to John's Pass easily and spent some time wandering around there. All in we both agreed if we were going to that area again we would definitely return.

Plenty of room in the apartment. Mold in the guest bathroom, shower and walls. Elevator is not working due to storms. We were on the third floor floors were not cleaned sand everywhere. The lady at check-in was very nice. Wasn’t sure how to check out there to check out with.

Terrible
Very underwhelmed by this “resort”. I get there was a big storm but maybe this one isn’t ready to be open. After I couldn’t cancel the reservation I was told check in was pushed from 3 to 4 and check out from 10 to 11. One of the reasons I picked it was for the later checkout. Secondly we had to go to another resort to check in and it was really confusing where the office was. We finally get our key and go to our room and our couch looks like it was dropped off the balcony and dragged back up. It was clearly broken and dirty. The bed at least seemed clean. It sounded like a waterfall was running behind the walls half the night. We were told we had to park in our designated parking spot or we’d be towed but we drove around 5 minutes and couldn’t find it. Then we did but a huge box truck was parked there in our place. I parked in another spot and worried all night we would be charged or towed. In the morning we had to wake up early and rush out because of the early checkout and the worry about my car. Will never stay here again and am bummed the reviews steered me wrong.

I love this place. I stayed here a few years ago and they haven’t missed a beat. It was very clean and very quiet. It’s got everything you could need from washer/dryer, full kitchen with dining table. Let’s not forget the balcony for the gulf coast sunset views. The check in was a little mission because I booked same night and they only are there until 5PM so I had to go right down the street to another property to check in no problem and the staff was very friendly. Considering what the area just went through they’re top notch.

Should not open till fully restored
I understand recovering from storm. However only one elevator working, pool and hot tub not open. Workers constantly parking in my assigned space to park. No one at this property to address issues after 5. And you have the nerve to charge an additional resort fee😢😢😢😢

Terrible customer service no communication whatsoever and very rude whe had a question, parking is terrible and small even out front couldn’t have but one vehicle that I couldn’t even get out every morning. Never again will stay here!

The property is CLOSED from Hurricane damages. I was not notified in advance or in a timely fashion! Therefore, my trip was ruined and what’s worse every hotel in the area were booked so I couldn’t get a hotel room anywhere in the vicinity’s of the West coast in Florida!

Thank you for letting us stay in a suit after our hotel was closed due to the hurricane. Hope you guys get everything cleaned up soon and that it starts to feel like home again. Our stay was great and so was everything.

Front desk manager Tamera was very rude and inconsiderate, I’m a handicap, she was loud when I told her I was a parking, she immediately ask me did I have my parking space pass, I alerted her that I’m handicap and it’s a state law, I dont a pass or anything, she is violating a law which could result into fines at this property if I report it, she needs to be respectful and considerate of others

We love the Crystal Palms however the unit we stayed in this time 308 need some maintenance. Our check in was fantastic and housekeeping was outstanding.
