只是金玉在外的酒店
大堂装修很好看。但是服务人员态度比较冷淡。地处偏僻的郊区，停车仍要收费。在网络时代，酒店网络需要收费，且只能用一台设备。早餐提供的蛋糕很干很松。肉，奶酪，酸奶，鸡蛋，都只有一个选择。和四星差距很大。

作为接待旅行团的酒店，位置很偏僻，停车居然还要收费，网络也要收费。房间墙壁很脏，有抽纸盒但是没有纸巾。早餐及其一般。第一天甚至没有水果。前台人员因为工作压力太大而没有笑容。

Localização de difícil acesso, se você estiver sem carro, um recepcionista mal humorado, não deu as informações necessárias que ajudariam a acessar o serviço de transporte gratuito ao metrô, faltou profissionalismo e empatia em vários outros aspectos, o primeiro dia nesse hotel foi terrível, cogitei a possibilidade de cancelar o restante da estadia e mudar de hotel. No dia seguinte “descobri” transporte para me articular pela cidade a partir do hotel e com a ajuda de outros funcionários comecei a vencer as dificuldades. Não recomendo para férias, o stress foi maior do que se estivesse trabalhando.

Bad customer service bad cleaning bad behavior disgusting hotel ever I stay no facilities toilet is very dirty. Smelly room is dirty spiders and some mouse. The hotel didn't provide hand towel and a feet rug to go out of the shower , (at least in the room they gave us) and the conditions of the room were poor (the was no place to hang the toilet paper, only provide one small soap and two shower gel when we were three persons)

Not sure if I would stay again.
I was given an accessible room for some reason. It was ground floor and had to go down a hall where there were sections where the lights did not work. Had to use my phone to use the key. The room was awkward. There was a double bed against one wall and a singe on the other wall. The lights were poorly placed too along with the switches. The shower was a walk in and the wall was covered with mildew in the grout, the floor and the rest was clean. There was not toilet paper holder, just a roll propped on the grab bar. The ceiling had all kinds of water stains. Most likely a room similar above, because when I took a shower, the bathroom got flooded, design flaw somewhere in the shower. It looked like they are in the process of remodeling, as the desk and storage shelves were very attractive. But the room should not have been rented out. On the transportation and shuttle service they offer, it is only to the metro train stop by the stadium. This is two trains from the Centrale train station and a challenge from the other train station. I ended up getting a taxi due to a communication breakdown between the receptionist and I and a train strike that started 5 minutes before I arrived.
