Great Place
Very comfortable, excellent location and friendly, helpful staff. I was very happy that I could have a late checkout while I waited to board the ferry nearby, (well worth the extra $).

The hotel was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for two nights. The reception staff were really helpful with booking us a tour and taxi to the airport. You can hear some noise in the corridor but it wasn’t as bad as the other reviews suggest and we slept through. Breakfast was also great.

This place is SO loud. The hallways are terrible. If you are exhausted after trekking, or wanting a relaxing retreat, this isn’t a place for you. If you are wanting a place to literally rest your head and nothing else, first up and last home, you’ll be fine. Otherwise you’ll be awoken. Many bugs and no air con too. Also no tv

As others have mentioned, the walls are quite thin so you can easily hear through them. Thankfully when I was there all of the guests were very respectful and quiet so it wasn’t that big of an issue. The staff were great, very friendly and helpful

Falta preparación en la atención al huesped
Somos dos adultos mayores y solo encendían la calefacción a las 20 horas, siendo que el clima es helado casi todo el año, además un día apagaron a las 22 horas la calefacción, por ende, pasamos frío toda la noche. Otro día llegamos de Torres del Paine, cansados y solo con ganas de ducharnos y dormir y no habían repuesto toallas para ducharnos. Sentimos que les falta preparación al personal de servicio.
