Avoid not worth it, much better half price locally
Not four star, drains smell not enough sunbeds, breakfast like a bun fight, think days inn or travel lodge with a pool but there are much better at half the price in the same location. Ps the toaster sums up the hotel and it only toasts on one side, $200 a night and they can buy a new one!

Un bon choix au centre, bord de mer, calme
Chambres vue piscine agréables, propres, confortables. Manque de personnel en reception entraînant de l'attente. Petit dejeuner bien varié. Wifi ok. Piscines larges mais l'espace detente est limité. Les cocktails du bar de la piscine ne sont pas fameux. Situation excellente.

We stayed in first floor in a garden view double room and the room had a strong smell of mold plus smell of sewage Once opened the balcony door. You can not find conditioner or shower gel in the bath.

Improvement ideas
The hotel was pretty good. Only issues we had were the beds are very firm, fine if your Asian and grew up with it but not so good for others. Maybe the option of a mattress topper would be a good idea. The situation with the sun lounges around the pool was not good. People go and put towels on them early in the morning then go off and do other things, leaving no beds for people who are actually swimming. A sign needs to be put up saying if beds are not used for 30mins towels etc will be removed, and this needs to be policed.

Expensive and below average
Pool area is lovely, but no where near enough lounger chairs for people to use. Not sure how much this place is in normal times, but we stayed for NY and it is really over-priced: - breakfast is pretty poor - service is pretty poor - the rooms are nice enough but not worth $200USD. Shower hardly worked and leaked.

I love here!
Before staying there, I looked up the reviews on Google Maps and saw a lot of complaints, so I was a little worried, but the facilities were stylish, and I especially liked the large pool. The room was clean and comfortable. Was it originally a Holiday Inn? The room was exactly the same style as a Holiday Inn. The staff were friendly and I had a comfortable stay. In terms of location, it's a little far from Ao Nang Beach, but I prefer it because it's quiet and calm. There's also a market 5-7 minutes walk away, so you won't get bored at night. I would like to use this hotel again next time.

Ok so the hotel staff and location were fab! Very helpful friendly staff and ideal location close to everything but set just back off the main street so you arent bothered by loud noise. However that's where the positivity stops. The hotel's marketed as a luxury 4star resort but its the worst 4 star I've stayed in, in terms of cleanliness, comfort and maintenance. They do clean and replace towels every day but as others have mentioned, maintenance around the hotel is an issue. No air con in reception, fans dont seem to do much. The accomodation corridoors and bedroom doors look like a prison. The rooms are a 3star at best. Very grubby everywhere. Tea and coffee making area not cleaned in a very long time as well bedside tables. Bathroom full of mildew and taps and shower in need of replacement. No slippers/flip flops or dreasing gowns which have been standard in all the other 4stars I've booked. The superior room garden 'view' is very questionable Most uncomfortable bed I've slept on in Thailand. To be fair to the team, as soon as i mentioned it, they arranged for a mattress topper but this didnt help much. Only one plug socket working and that was only after you wiggle the plug a little. Was also a little disappointed to find that the balcony isnt furnished so you cant sit out with table and chairs. No smart tv. Didnt have breakfast so can't comment on that. Pool area nice but the sunloungers are very old and need replacing.

Great hotel!
We really enjoyed our stay, the room was very comfortable and the pillows amazing! The pool and surroundings are very well kept. Great breakfast with plenty of variety. Good position with the beach across the road and night market close by.
