The hotel was fine, normal Holiday Inn Express. However, the Expedia booking allowed me to select a king bed, but when we arrived there were no king beds available, only two queens. Just a heads up. Also, note that the beds are VERY firm, and the toilet paper and tissues are very coarse. No waffle maker at breakfast, but otherwise fine. Coffee was subpar, very bitter.

The pillows are awesome i want some for my house.

The room was flawless and clean. Loved the fact of the lounging chair and couch to relax on other than just a bed. Would definitely recommend it to anybody

Reservations for a suite for our family. Once we got to the room, we immediately began to notice that the room had not been cleaned. The front desk apologize and gave another room, this time smaller, but again the room was not clean. The side tables were filthy and hair on the floor that had not been vacuumed sent us to the front desk to ask for a refund. The front desk simply said sorry hope you find another property that is to your liking.

I stayed at this hotel to celebrate my birthday with my two young boys. They really wanted a pool and a hot tub. From the time we arrived Mrs. Renee greeted us and greeted my children. I have never had anybody be so friendly to me at a hotel. She was very sweet and helpful and I had balloons and a cake delivered to the hotel and she personally took them up to the room to surprise me before my check in. The breakfast was delicious, the pool and hot tub were great, and the room was clean and very comfortable. The bed was very comfortable. I cannot wait to go back to visit this hotel again.

Stay was great. Very clean and staff were very friendly and courteous. We have family in Mansfield and will definitely stay there again.
