PRIX BAS, MAIS ATTENTION
Avis rédigé sur mon expérience Bonjour aux potentiels nouveaux touristes et voyageurs qui liront cet avis, (Maîtrise de l'anglais vivement recommandée) Je souhaite d'abord vous informer que si vous recherchez un certain niveau de confort, ce n'est peut-être pas dans cet établissement que vous le trouverez. Je ne veux pas être désobligeant, mais je préfère vous prévenir de ce à quoi vous pouvez vous attendre si vous choisissez de séjourner dans cet "hôtel" qui, selon moi, ne mérite pas vraiment ce titre car il ne correspond pas à ce que l'on attend d'un hôtel. Pendant mon séjour j'ai rencontré plusieurs problèmes : l'eau de la douche était froide, il y a eu une panne d'électricité, des nuisances sonores extérieures, et des problèmes d'insalubrité dans les locaux, notamment les douches et les toilettes communes. Cela m'amène à m'interroger sur les qualifications et le respect des normes d'hygiène en vigueur dans cet établissement. Si cela ne tenait qu'à moi, je raserais tout pour reconstruire. Merci et bon courage.

Insalubre pra dizer o mínimo
Péssimo, fiz checkout mais cedo e optei por pagar outro hostel. O quarto tinha diversos fios amostra, só uma tomada funcionava, o chuveiro era um parto pra tomar banho e com fio solto também. Lençóis rasgados, mas sem bed bugs (graças a Deus). Os carpetes que deveriam ser brancos ou bege estavam imundos. Não estou conseguindo add fotos, mas fiz uma reclamação formal juyo ao Hotéis.com e pro próprio hostel tbm.

Complaint about Poor Customer Service and Lack of
I was extremely dissatisfied. As soon as I arrived and spoke with the management, I was told that all rooms were booked, and they had no availability! I had to find another place to stay, which caused me a lot of inconvenience. I have used the Hotels.com app several times before and have always been satisfied, but this time, I was very disappointed. I paid around 100 euros for 4 nights, and I am very unhappy with what happened. I felt frustrated and angry. I also wrote a letter to the hotel management requesting a refund, but I have not received any reimbursement. I hope you will look into this matter; otherwise, you risk losing a very loyal customer.

Bed bugs, Impolite staff and no left luggage
Was not allowed to leave luggage, despite the employee who checked me in the night before and the website saying so, I was told that they would not look after my luggage while I headed out for the day which as you can imagine was extremely inconvenient. Additionally, the place has bed bugs, I've returned home with bites and itchy skin all over my body. I'm surprised they are still allowed to operate in this manor with all of the previous complaints of the same issue.

Horror! BETTWANZEN IM ZIMMER!!! Zimmer sind wirklich sehr dreckig und das Fenster lässt sich nicht schließen. Das Badezimmer ist komplett dreckig und unhygienisch. Abflüsse verstopft und keinen hat’s Interessiert. Überhaupt nicht empfehlenswert.

I should have read the reviews before booking. After my 4 night stay I can confirm all or most of the negative reviews: my single room had no blinds or curtains; the bathroom was not clean or tidy (a piece of plastic was hanging around for several days in the shower). the toilet was blocked! and on two mornings there was no toilet paper. Worst of all after night 3 I had insect bites all over by body, I am not sure if these were bed bugs or moscito bites. Terrible experience .....

Terrible hostel!!! Upon checking in, receptionist was extremely rude and when asked for a bottom bunk said no. But upon checking the room bottom bunks seemed available so I asked him again and he rudely said “I said no once, we close the conversation”. No welcome or have a nice stay. I also said I wasn’t sure which bed was mine. He rudely said “sir, are you okay?” and pointed to the number he wrote on the business card. However, I am attaching a video showing only 2 of 6 beds in Room 105 were marked so he’s the one that is disorganized and should be chastised. I then said he was very rude and I was travelling for 24 hours. He said “you make me laugh”. Really nice and professional isn’t it? Additionally: This place is FILTHY and DIRTY. There was no hand soap in the washrooms on most of all 3 floors, no toilet paper, no mirrors in the toilets on any floors to do your hair, no hair dryers, no towels, and cold water throughout the stay. The sink in Room 105 also wasn’t working as the second video shows. Wifi also wasn’t working well throughout the stay. Finally, dust and dirt is everywhere and coming out of the bathroom fans in huge clumps showing they haven’t cleaned the HVAC in months, if not years. It’s ironic considering the website says “friendly”. The receptionist made me feel unwelcome and unsafe and I was about to leave and go elsewhere.
