Not feeling comfortable due to the facilities
The room is big enough, located at the China town so is easy to access the transportation and going out to eat. But the hotel is located in the plaza, outside my room can only see the plaza inside, the window view is not very good. Some suggestions for the hotel: At first they gave me a room which the WiFi connection was so weak, then they changed me another room located at the lobby’s floor then I could connect the WiFi to work. I think it can do better for all the rooms. Besides, the gym room has no air conditioning and so uncomfortable when doing exercise, I hope they can fix it. Besides, the lightning inside the room was so dim, as I came to work, it was a bit difficult to read documents, it would be good if the lighting is much brighter.

家庭遊的好去處
暖氣很足夠，房間大，三人家庭有大房間，風景是街景，能看到CN Tower。房間整潔，我們有免費早餐，極普通的早餐。位置非常好，有很多中國餐廳、港式餐廳

They were having fire alarm issues in the parking garage around 5am and they made constant announcements waking us up several times. The man speaking clearly didn't know English very well, so you didn't know what he was saying. Then ended up making an announcement but never hung up, so there was loud static and feedback blasting in our room in the early morning. I had to walk to the front desk to ask them to tell the person making the announcements to hang up the phone. I was not happy at all at this point. One announcement is fine, but three or four? Unacceptable, seriously.

Fint hotell med god beliggenhet
Hadde et kort og flott opphold på dette hotellet i forbindelse med en konferanse i Toronto. Beliggenheten er fantastisk, midt mellom Chinatown og Kensington Market. Store rom og bra service. Det eneste som manglet var et bedre frokosttilbud.

Room was about 85 degrees Fahrenheit (29 Celsius), no external windows, no one answering phone to front desk for help, and the room's temperature controls were broken. Elevator barely worked. I had booked 2 nights in this hellhole but ended up leaving after one and just eating the cost and staying at SoHo instead for my second night. I could barely breathe from the hot, non-circulating air and thus could not sleep. Nightmare stay.
