The information between the hotel and hotel.com has gaps. Need to reconfirm again for the booking.

Check in lady was nice 1st night. Short staffed. Garbage cart piled up. My daughters room AC did not work. 3 days of will tell manager with NO resolve! Cops showed up last night. Eont let me upload a photo of the pile of garbage by the stairs. Literally about 10 foit by 6 foot high pile! Will NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN!

It wasn’t awful or anything, but there’s a reason it’s a lot less than the north end one. More weirdos walking around, when went out at night had I guess drug people wandering up to rooms and mumbling at doors more than once. Noise wasn’t great. Loud music and thin walls. But room was comfy, real easy chair is a nice benefit. And has the long term stuff like full size fridge and stove. For price, it’s fine, but it’s

My 5 night stay was terrible, 2 night the bed had springs going into my back. 3rd night noticed the bed is upside down. Told the manager to switch me rooms, never called me back.. at the end of my stay i left a day early for being ignored, cleaning staff never came 1x even i asked 3x..

It was my first time in an Extended Stay & was a little wary when I arrived. Reception was efficient & helpful, room was basic but comfortable. Breakfast to go was ideal.

PLEASE DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL. It was not inviting what so ever! The room felt dirty, the door seal was missing (had to use a towel), the floor was dirty, the smoke detector was hanging from the ceiling. The room had bugs (spider, in the bed).

This place gives Best Western a run for the money. It has that empire beat in several categories especially customer service. While I was treated like street trash at BW, the realm of Extended Stay was extremely welcoming and didn't make me feel insecure whatsoever. The crowd here may appear unruly but don't judge a book by its cover. Law enforcement rolls thru once in awhile but there are so many of them in this county boredom must overwhelm them. The prices are the lowest you'll find and if you're balling on a budget this is the place to stay.

I was not impressed. I had to ask for a light bulb because it was burned out, the remote to the TV did not have working batteries, no shampoo, no blow dryer and they hand a kitchen but no pots pans and plates and bowls in there and they said they offered a breakfast but it was more like a snack.

I just want to say that the workers here are amazing people they always make my stay here so welcoming and very kind. Eric is really good worker here, he’s very kind and and makes sure that I’m enjoying my stay here. He is amazing! And there is a couple other workers I wish I can give a shout out to but unfortunately I don’t know there name but it’s two other women lady’s that I wanted to give a shout out to. The manager women is also so nice and very beautiful. Thank you guys for being such great hotel host ❤️☺️ I love staying here at this hotel. From: Brianna Sinha 😊

1) receptionist was rude - failed to even acknowledge me when I entered, just said, “Lemme see your ID.” 2) room was filthy 3) didn’t bother to let me know that I had to ask for dishes, pans, cutlery, etc. I had to get to the room to find out. 4) phone did not work to call front desk. 5) no breakfast - no coffee.
