Un hotel qui n'offre pas le confort d'un 4*, chambre et salle de bain très vétuste, il serait temps de le rénover ! Le petit déjeuner est à la hauteur d'un hotel 2* et non 4*! Jus de fruit et salade de fruit industriels, pas d'œufs brouillés, choix très limité pour le reste et pas très bon... l'ensemble de notre hébergement à été decevant surtout au prix payé.

We booked this hotel to be close to Trevi and walkable to other sites in Rome and it was perfect. We had a room over the street that we could open our window and see the street and people walking by. You are literally just steps from Trevi fountain which was cool to see as you came and went from the hotel. Being on the street side was a little more noise, but we wanted that and to experience the culture. It wasn’t too loud and we slept fine at night. The front desk staff is super helpful with directions and maps to point you out into the city. We went to all major tourist stops right from this central point. We used the metro to the Vatican and took buses other times. We also used Lime scooter to Colosseum and other closer stops and they were easy enough to ride, but be careful on the cobblestone streets. Not the easiest for a first timer probably. We left most mornings and ate around town, but the breakfast has meats, cheeses, fruit, croissants, and more and looked really nice. If you’re looking for a central spot with easy access and convenience, this is the place. Be sure to check out Giolittis for gelato!

Very small hotel. Old and runned down. No mantainance. Dirty. Only nice thing is the position, steps away from Trevi fountain.

The mattresses have not cover underneath the sheets, very disgusting. The bathroom is very dirty, you don’t want to take a shower, or do anything else in there. The service is very poor, there is one person at the front, the cleaning lady comes in the morning, after she leaves there is no body else to help you with towels, etc. breakfast room has the same dirty appearance. Do not recommend this hotel.

Extremely disappointing experience. When we arrived at the hotel, we were shocked to find our room flooded. It was uncomfortable and unacceptable, so we decided to leave immediately. Since then, we've been trying to get a refund, but the hotel has been refusing to accommodate us or make any exceptions. This has been a frustrating and disappointing experience. I would not recommend staying here based on how poorly they handled the situation.

I booked a large double bed room for my son and I but the breaker kept getting tripped. We never had electricity for the fist day and half. We showered and got dressed with cellphone lights. The next day, we were finally given 2 rooms since there were no more doubles. They were small with small twin beds that were uncomfortable. We were appreciative of the staff trying to do what they could but it was still an uncomfortable experience.
