I had a great time throughout my stay in spite of being for only three nights. I can say it was a flawless and truly personalised service ranging from checkin to all essential aspects such as housekeeping, catering, concierge, accommodation etc. I was shocked by the breadth and freshness of food and beverages available at the breakfast buffet. Besides, the staff at the Club Lounge were extremely courteous and attentive. I definitely would go back should I plan to visit Abu Dhabi in the near future. Great thanks again to the team for the great hospitality!

It was fine except room service didn't answer the phone. I had to go to reception, the receptionist tried but still no answer so he called his manager to call the room service manager and then I got my order. TV reception bad and only a few channels available.

Hotel is Ageing, rooms are large but dated. staff are quite nice but overworked and shows. Horizon lounge team was excellent. You would have to guess what you are putting on your plate on the buffet as there is no Tags to show u what the food is. disappointing for a 5* hotel.

Hotel is fantastic and the rooms are great. However some service issues. 1. My partner planned for room decoration as its was my 50th Birthday...sadly not provided, and you're only 50 once so very disappointing! 2. Same issue at the restaurant, planned for table decoration and cake...and non provided. 3 Last night we had a meal at Hoi An, this is the really poor part. We waited over one hour for our cocktails, and main course, we complained and actually said we did not want the main but they pleased we did not leave...being made to feel guilty to leave...we stayed but two hours for two courses and two cocktails is simply not good enough, understaffed. I have stayed at this Hotel now four times and return due to the experience, sadly next time i will give somewhere else a try.
