The hotel is located centrally and is in walking distance form the old town and harbour. Great restaurants are close by.
Staff is friendly and the breakfast is great (once someone notices you for wanting a coffee).
The room is spacious but some things just don't match. Like the bathroom has a 2 meter long mirror, but no sufficient lights. The bed is hard as a rock and in contrary the pillows are so soft that they are useless.
As one of the tallest buildings in the country also easy to spot from far. With the height, you have an awesome top-floor lounge with stunning views. Unfortunately some elements like the chairs are very dated and squeaky, which you would not expect from this level of a hotel.
It has all the foudation to be the best hotel in Estonia, but with the small details lacking, it has some work to do.
