Room broken into in the middle of the night.

During the night our room was broken into. The site was not secure allow people to access the site. When broken into reception did not answer when I called them. I did not get a good rest here i was petrified that the intruder would return.

Reception and breakfast area great, room was tiny and not nice, this place is for an overnight stop for traveling people not for more than one night. The breakfast was as expected. The best part is in the evening we found a caravan across the road selling wood oven pizza.

Very poor experience: Tues Arrival- could not check in on arrival at 14:15 cause no one was in the reception. Used machine but said room was not available. 30 min later found man to get me a room. Paid for breakfast with reservation but machine check-in tried to charge me again. Was told I would owe 5 euros at checkin but was charged 9 euros Wed Day 1- told receptionist wifi did not work in room. Was able to log in while in breakfast area. Breakfast was bread & yogurt Thurs Day 2- only received 1 towel. The thermostat controls were so badly worn, i could not read any of the markings. I had to guess at what was heat & cool. Had fan on continuously to try to get rid of the smoke smell. It was horrible. Wifi still did not work in room. Informed receptionist. Fri Day 3 - again only 1 towel. Nothing changed with internet but i did figure out that if i stood outside of the reception area & connected to wifi, it stayed weakly connected in the room. But if i tried to connect in the room it did not work-very frustrating. Just to clarify
i had 3 devices with me
laptop, ipad, and phone and the result was the same with all 3, i.e. devices were not the problem. Sat Day 4- woken up at 5 am by 2 dudes yelling at each other in parking lot. It went on for >30 min. If there were attendants in the reception office like all respectable facilities, they would have been able to mitigate the noise. Horrible service - did not address ANY of issues raised

l odeur de la 1ere chambre n etait pas terrible , la personne Ă  l accueil nous propose gentimment une 2eme chambre...malheureusement c etait le mĂȘme problĂšme. Le lendemain seulement 1 serviette sur 2 a Ă©tĂ© changĂ©. Pas de sĂšche-cheveux Ă  disposition. L accĂšs au chateau de versailles etait facile , ça aura Ă©tĂ© le seul point positif aisni que le calme et la literie plutĂŽt bonne.

Ne pas oublier les taies et serviettes

HĂŽtel pratique, bon rapport qualitĂ© prix, ça plusieurs fois que j'y viens , tout se passe bien habituellement, cette fois-ci il n'y avait pas de serviettes, je me suis dit : " ici aussi on ne donne plus de serviettes ", heureusement je pense Ă  en emmener au cas oĂč, mais il n'y avait pas non plus de taies d'oreiller, pas trĂšs hygiĂ©nique quand mĂȘme, surtout pour un infirmier comme moi !!! Comme dans beaucoup d'hĂŽtels il est cependant indiquĂ© : si vous emmenez le linge il vous sera facturĂ©, j'ai trouvĂ© que ça ne manquait pas d'humour...!!!! À mon dĂ©part j'en ai parlĂ© Ă  un homme qui faisait le mĂ©nage des chambres, il m'a dit, un peu gĂȘnĂ© : il fallait rĂ©clamer... À l'accueil j'en ai parlĂ© Ă©galement, apparemment ce ne serait pas la 1Ăšre fois...

Hotel peu entretenu

La premiĂšre chambre proposĂ©e en rĂ©ponse Ă  la rĂ©servation, ne fermait pas bien au niveau de la porte (jointure HS, donc pas d'isolation phonique avec le parking juste Ă  cĂŽtĂ©, ou thermique dans ces pĂ©riodes de canicule), et ne fermait pas du tout cĂŽtĂ© fenĂȘtre (poignĂ©e HS). La propretĂ© laissait Ă  dĂ©sirer, et l'aspect gĂ©nĂ©ral n'inspirait pas confiance. AprĂšs rĂ©clamation, la deuxiĂšme chambre proposĂ©e correspondait mieux Ă  ce qu'on attend d'une chambre d'hĂŽtel Ă  plus de 80€ la nuit, avec malgrĂ© tout une climatisation hors d'Ăąge et peu efficace. Mauvaise expĂ©rience Ă  prix Ă©levĂ©, je ne recommande pas.

L'accueil est trĂšs alĂ©atoire, le Petit dĂ©jeuner est catastrophique. Et quand je fais remarquer qu'il n'y a plus d'assiettes la rĂ©ponse fuse : "oui il n'y en a plus", sans proposition de m'amener une assiette nettoyĂ©e au plus vite... Et que dire de ces salles de bain au rabais ? À plus de 100€ la nuit c'est une honte. Fuyez !
